Hi, I have some pre-purchase questions…

1. In your vertical menu or mobile menu I see you need to press specifically on the arrow next to menu item for the submenu to open. That is counter-productive and really not a good usability. Can I set it up so that any click in the section of the main menu item would open the submenu? (https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/corporate12/)

2. I am going to use Elementor and would need to use transparency. However I didn’t see any alpha channel in your color picker’s GUI. Are all of them like this or some with, some without the alpha channel fader? The CSS rgba entry is just not an option!

3. Where are you based? What languages do you support? What are your working hours?

For Mobile Menu: Sorry to say that but this is not possible, because the Parent Menu Item is also linked with any page, So when you click/tap on the Parent Menu Item it will take you to the particular page with which it is linked, So you can not set it as for open the Child Menu/Sub Menu Items or open all the menu items by default when clicked on a mobile hamburger, This requires Customization and if you want our paid Customization services you can contact our Customization team as well.

2. Where actually you want to use transparency? Can you please share the screenshot and URL of the page, so that I’ll check and provide you an accurate answer.

3. Our support team is from Pakistan and Our business hours are Monday to Saturday – from 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM EST and we support the English language for the Support of the Theme.

1. Well, it’s not accurate that it’s not possible. See, there are many theme authors who acutally offer submenu dropdown when clicked on a main menu item. Maybe just avoid setting up an extra page for that main menu item and make it linked to the first submenu item..? This shouldn’t be an issue of customization – it’s just common logic: to unfold submenu by hitting the text, not the tiny little arrow. Otherwise it is really a counterproductive obstacle in usability. Please don’t be like those antivirus companies who themselves programme their viruses in order to sell their software.

2. Transparency might be needed anywhere and should be available on demand. May it be colored blocks, text, separators, icons, backgrounds, progress bars etc.

We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

How can I remove the links option from mobile menu? I tried to find that option in menus but nothing found.

I’m using shop demo 6 and made my own main menu, but on mobile the menu show extra Links option. I just wanted to know where to control it.

You can simply check “YES” the option “Don’t show a link on mobile panel” from Appearance >> Menu by editing the particular Menu item, and it will remove that Menu item for you from Mobile version of the site.

1.No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible, you have to set/change the date of availability manually by editing the product, this will not change dynamically, as this requires Customization.

2.No, Sorry to say that but not for the Shop/Category Archive page but you can set that label on the Single Product page using Theme Options.

Sorry to say that but there is no design/section to Import of the Header built using Header Builder in Porto Template Builder in Porto Studio for now, so you have to set/built/create your own Custom Header with it as per your requirements.

The mobile menu does not work normally with a one-page web page. It does not collapse after clicking the link. And anyone who turns to support with this problem will have to pay for the solution :)

Yes, It is always Open on Mobile you have to close it by tapping on any section on the Mobile screen except the menu, and this is because the One Page Demo menu works on the section IDs so it does not refresh the page it just takes you to the particular section on the same page right, and the menu closes when the page will refresh and in that case, the page is not refreshing so that is why it is no closing by itself. I hope this is all clear now.

Hi, I am facing a strange issue, I was using elementor header now I wish to revert back to porto header but its not happening even after deleting all conditions and deleteing that header porto header not coming.

I have tried disabling elementor pro and it comes but have lots of dependencies over it so this is not feasible solution, can you help’?

Sorry to say that but this is because of the Elementor Pro version and Pro version has many and different options/functionalites extra, and Pro version support can be provided by the Pro plugin Author only, so you have to deactivate it, otherwise please contact plugin Author and ask for the help on this.
