Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product and set “Variation(Attribute) Selection Mode” as Select Box as showing below, save changes and check back your site after removing the cache. this i know, I believe the issue is with compatibility with Alidropship plugin. Is there any way to fix this issue? I have purchased 2 licences from you and plan on getting more but this is a pretty big issue as far as usability.

Sorry to say that but yes that might be because of any third party plugin confliction issue, Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the Alidropship plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.

You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme for you.

Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.

hello after update my blocks completely removed from database. I know you moved blocks to template builder. So when i go inside everything is empty.

Please edit your home page and you will find the RAW HTML element, you have to edit it and go to Design Options and change the image from there as per your requirements.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.

It’s because your local environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.

OR

Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

OR

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

You are facing this issue because of this Custom CSS: https://postimg.cc/gnJmQry7 and it is coming from Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS or from Home Page >> Skin >> Custom CSS, you have to finds and remove this CSS and it will solve your issue.

Sorry to say that but we do not have ready Greek language files, but you can simply translate the Theme in any language using Loco Translate plugin as per your requirements, and your issue will automatically solve when you will translate the Theme files in your desired language.

Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to loco >> themes >> porto >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

I think you’re missing a trick here. We’ve decided to change the header to Shop 40 (grocery 2) would it not make more sense for the mobile burger menu icon to open up the sidebar menu rather than the mobile menu?

Hello, can you please help me with plugin Porto Functionality? It seems like it causes a problem when preview my website, I cannot see anything on frontend. When the plugin is deactivated than I can see frontend but of course broken since I am using Porto Functionality. I cannot see Block section in wordpress, too.

I have already opened a ticket for it. Any advice? I have everything up-to-date even woocommerce to 5.0.0 no idea what should be a problem but in server log it says low memory limit, but memory is fine.
