Hello I purchased a new version of the theme to solve some issues with my site, but now its not allowing me to import demos or download the core files. Could you please help me out with whats happening.
My site that uses the Ronneby theme since 2019 is having trouble with the theme now and its all lost format, when I change to another theme, the issue goes away, but when the theme is activated, it goes crazy and I cant do anything.

I’ve purchased a Ronneby licence four times in the past, all licences are ‘free’ in as much as none of them are currently being used on sites, I just want to activate one, and none of them work. Looking at the comments here this seems to be a very common issue. How can I get this to work?

If the code is not used for any sites, please try to activate it again as the validation is done via Envato market API and sometimes you need to click several times till it’s activated.

Yes, it finally worked after entering it about six times… however I still cannot download the Ronneby Core plugin… every time I try to download it in the WP admin area it throws an error:

Unpacking the package…Installing the plugin… The package could not be installed. The plugin contains no files. Plugin installation failed.
How can I get the Ronneby Core plugin?

I am using ronneby theme version 2.5.4. I have severally tried to update it because the wp bakery page builder does not work but the site breaks when I do that. Can I get a previous version of the theme that did not have the major update?

We have re-coded theme and updated to new Envato rules so code structure is changed a lot so we have to rename the theme for version 3.0 and higher to prevent the issues related to theme files overwriting. If you download theme files on themeforest you will find dfd-ronneby and dfd-ronneby_child. Theme should be installed as new theme if you have version under 3.0.
To update the theme you need to install it as a new theme. All styling and features will be saved. Do not forget to activate the theme with the purchase code and install required plugins.
Please check http://rnbtheme.com/documentation/first-steps/dfd-ronneby-30-installation-and-activation. After switching the theme you need to recheck Menus in Appearance > Menus > Manage locations and Widgets in Appearance > Widgets as widgets can be set to default. It’s Worpdpress peculiarity and we are not able to influence on it.
Please make full site’s backup before taking any actions. Please check this helpful article.

Hi, a new client (their current provider passed away) has this theme. I am attempting to move them to my server and take over for them. I purchased the theme – because I don’t have access to their original license. It looks like the CORE files are failing to upload. I can manually ftp them into place, but not sure which ones those are??

I currently have version 2.0.5 of your theme and have followed the steps to update the theme with an Envato token. I’m concerned that since I’ve had some custom code done to my theme, that this update will overwrite it. My only option in the Envato plugin is to “Install” DFD Ronneby Version 3.3.2, not to update it. I also do not see a “New version available. Update Now” tag in my Themes section of WP. Any advice?
