I’ve been using this theme for quite some time and I want to change another theme to make my website upgraded but their some errors when trying to preview different themes and I know “My Religion” theme is the reason to this error. Please note that the content created via the CMSMasters Content Composer plugin will be displayed correctly only when the My Religion theme is activated. If you want to activate or preview the other theme please deactivate the CMSMasters Content Composer plugin first.

I’ve been using this theme for quite some time and all of a sudden I no longer have the ability to edit anything in the visual content composer. I click on elements to edit them and all i get is blank window with heading shortcode settings. I’ve researched this other places and it appears this is an issue that other people are having with visual content composer. I know it’s a problem with the plugin itself because when i deactivate the plugin and just use the classic editor it works fine. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

There is a issue with the themes pagebuilder after the latest wordpress update. When I ltry using the content builder it’s all glitchy and doesnt allow me to edit anything.

I have the most updated version of the theme as well as wordpress and the Visual Content Composer does not work. Only when I roll back wordpress to much earlier versions it is functional.

I have recently taken over a project who own your template and I am in the process of updating the theme. They currently are in 1.2.5 and based on the Read Me, I see the files I need to update.

The current theme version is 1.2.8 and you can install this theme version without updating files version by version.
To update the theme download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as my-religion/my-religion). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “my-religion-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.
Besides don’t forget to update plugins as it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated.
Sometimes there is also a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make all changes that were implemented function correctly.
Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.
Another way is to update the theme automatically. To update the theme automatically you should use the Envato Market plugin. After activating the plugin, click on the “Envato Market” icon from the left sidebar. To generate your Global OAuth Personal Token click on this link https://account.envato.com/sign_in?to=envato-api and login using your Envato Market login details. Please copy & paste your unique token into the Envato settings inside your WordPress dashboard and click on “Save Changes”. Once you have configured this properly, you will see a screen where you can install or update your already purchased plugins & themes.
Please note that in case you modified the theme files (theme code) and update the theme via Envato Market plugin changes that you implemented will be lost because new theme version will overwrite the theme version you use at the moment.

I’ve been trying to get our site to work just like your demo site and was wondering what versions of the plugins you have it installed? As of now, I have the latest version of My Religion wp theme installed, running with Modern Tribe’s latest The Calendar Pro 5.5.0 plugin, and MailPoet latest version 3.60.6. These two plugins have given me a hard time and was wondering if you’ll be updating your theme soon or should try to look for older versions of the plugins being used with you demo site. Hi, i really like this theme. But I can’t find where to change the information in the colored boxes directly under the slider on the first page. I have loaded all demo content and the text I cant change is “Our Community, “Our Community” and so on… It’s in total four “boxes” with text. Where in the world do I change this text?

Featured block shortcode allows to insert shortcode inside another shortcode. When a shortcode is included inside another shortcode it is displayed as a piece of code, it’s a normal behavior.

Hello! Purchased this theme and am using the Profiles function to display our leadership. The automatic feed works great pulling the profiles into a grid, but the link to the profile page itself for each member is just displaying a 404 that I can’t figure out. Any ideas?

To activate a slider there is a need to use its purchase code. You don’t need a purchase code to make your slider work – it is needed to achieve automatic updates. If I understand the problem correctly it is caused by a Lightbox script. As you can see even in a Lightbox demo page the same problem persists http://ilightbox.net/#video_advanced_examples
The issue can’t be fixed from our end because we aren’t the script authors, we contacted Lightbox developers to speed the process but we can’t name exact terms when they fixed the problem, appreciate your understanding.
As a solution we recommend you to disable Mobile Optimizer option on a Lightbox settings and use links in a format youtube.com/embed/... and https://player.vimeo.com/video/...
