​I can’t activate the theme it says I reached max installation, I went to the installations page and deregistered one previous installation, but even after that I still can’t activate the theme

You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key. Please purchase an additional copy of theme in order to get a new valid activation key. How to resolve this error? I bought the license recently

The background:

I just took over a website running on this theme as a new employee at a company.

The website requires a lot of upgrades (PHP, WordPress, plugins and even this theme). Before I update, I want to make a copy of the website on my local computer where all the the testing will happen to avoid bringing down a live website.

The Problems:

The old developer who purchased the theme is not responsive, so we couldn’t get any information from him.

Though the theme's license is activated and everything is working perfectly on the live website.

However, moving the website to the local machine has been very problematic. The website refuses to load but if I rename the theme, the website loads with WP Default theme with loads of errors.

How do I get support for the theme if I have just the license key?

We are facing issue regarding updating the page while using Elementor Page Builder.. Whenever we are doing any change in some pages and try to Update it shows this message instead of updating it..

Unable to demo import ‘Cryptocurrency and ICO’ Landing. I have installed installed the theme but when I am trying to demo import, it says I need to install the ‘thrgem-cryptocoin-childtheme’. I click on update but nothing happend.

I am interested in purchasing the gem. However you guys have made the theme very un-appealing.

I am a web developer who has a few different sites I like to dabble with, when I was playing with a version of your theme on a friends site I noticed it was very locked with it’s serial number.

If I purchase your theme and put it on site A that I own, can I use it on site B as well and tinker with it, or is it going to lock me into one site?

The reason im asking this is because I dont want to buy a theme for a potential site that I might use once, close the business a month later, then have to rebuy the theme over and over again.

Hello, I have recently download the demo content of Trendy shop from the TheGEM template (full content), but I realized the following issues:

1) Attributes for demo products are not created from demo content. 2) When I create some attributes (i.e. Color, Size) for some products, although I can filter the products by these attributes, non of the attributes are visible on the product page. Furthermore, variable_product status is being lost when I try to edit the same product again. It is always saved as single product.

Is there any bug in TheGEM Template itself?

Further Info: a) I’m using the latest version of TheGEM 4.6.0. b) “Catalog” mode is disabled from TheGEM > WooCommerce > General options c) I have also add a directive in wp-config.php file: define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘126M’); but nothing changed.

1. Menu text color 2. On hover Menu text color and background color 3. Sub menu text color 4. On hover ​Sub Menu text color and background color

There are many options like leve1, level2….. we can’t understand what it mean and we referred to your documentation also but couldn’t find. Kindly provide us the options in detail.
