Hi, I don’t understand why we don’t see the year in the dates on the blog. In the thumbnails, in the grid,... even when we enter the post, we don’t know what year it was written. Is it not possible for the year to display? Thanks

Hi what is the short code for Ajax Search.
Can you help me on code with this three things:
First: Need to add an extended search form to anywhere in header. To do this I need a Ajax Search Form short code. That will still show the ajax result when you type a keyword.
e.g. [display_search_form] I cant find it. Though it was shown in this link https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/shortcodes/. AJAX Search – Shows AJAX search form
Second: Need to change the sticky menu to a custom menu without affecting the primary none sticky menu.
Third: Need code for cart that is only showing cart icon but when clicked will load the widget which is default with the theme.

Sorry, but we don’t understand what do you mean. Could you please check how it works with a default theme? This widget is not a part of our theme and comes with WooCommerce by default.

I really loved this theme actually not too bloated but it seems the developer has moved their focus to their another theme woomart. Now no new feature are coming to this theme. No elementor widgets even though it is almost same as woodmart where there are providing elementor widgets and many other features too. Not much header and footer options. Only support for bugs. I request the devlopers to not leave their existing basel customer high and dry and add few more features like elementor widgets and header and footer customization. Its not like woomart is very new theme and basel is quite old. They both released in only one year difference.
please add some more advanced improvement for css and js, maybe decreasing their size( main cssis almost 100KB++ even after gzip) so that page speed can be improved. Page speed is very bad for mobile, its around 20-25 after optimization. On desktop it is arount 60-70 after almost every optimization and along with CDN. Also add elementors widget for it too. Since elementor is whats in trend and u guys have elementor widgets for woomart. I believe it will not be that hard. Also add css generators to decrease load time and remove irrelevant code.

We will consider all your suggestions for our updates. We are going to optimize our Basel theme for better loading as well. We can’t guarantee that Elementor support will be implemented soon. Because if do this now, we will harm the performance. So it might be possible only after optimizing our CSS and codebase in general. WoodMart is built on a different codebase which is why some advanced optimizations are possible there but not possible for Basel yet.

hi, I buy this theme last year with my other account. Now i have try to install and setup mega menu, but there is no option to put html_block I have tried to select theme costum from default to full width and sizes but no show input description .

Maybe you don’t have the “Description” option turned on in “Screen Options” in the right top corner on the menu page.

Unfortunately, there is no option for that in our Theme Settings. It is possible with additional CSS code only.

For the shop and category pages number of columns (How many products you want to show per row), is there a hook or filter to set the number of columns based on the category?
What happens is that cat A has 3 products while cat B has 4. We want to display 3 products per row for cat 3 and 4 products per row for cat 4 to avoid blank spaces.

the pictures of hashtag products doesn’t appear at all. you can see that on every product page bellow the hashtag.
