Hello! I am planning to purchase the theme but I have some questions. I run a Sample Pack brand, and currently we tend to customize some of product pages uniquely using Elementor. I haven’t used WPBakery , and I am interested in your GHOST Demo. So, can you please tell me if it is possible to customize some of the product PAGE in different ways (Like elementor product page builder).

How can i change the number of product in shop page? There is no option in customizer? Currently it is set to left sidebar + 2 products this is default settings. I want to have left sidebar + 3 products. How can i achieve that? Only via CSS or do i need to copy templates to child theme and then chnage them? Also the width of the .qt-container do i change that if i want to have wider content? Currently is set in css to 1170px but i want to change it to 1400px.

BTW – The theme is very very nice except a few seetings are missing that you have to change via CSS and color picker is broken in customizer but overall it is nice theme.

How do I increase the amount of songs that play in the player? Currently the player is only allowing 6 songs.
And how do I change the player showing the song name twice like this: Song[Song] why is the name again in the brackets?
You can customize the track in the player from the customizer, under player settings. About the second question, there is probably some track without album name.
is it compatible with soundcloud tracklist? Is there the option to update directly from the soundcloud playlist?

Hello, you can include Soundcloud playlists wherever you want in a very simple way. Just link anything to the Soundlcoud URL and it will be embedded automatically.
Anyhow, SoundCloud tracks cannot play though our theme player, because SC is now blocking direct file access.

Ok will contact the helpdesk.. But this is a first time brand new installation on a recently bought WordPress hosting from Godaddy. And I already contacted the support about the activation code being used/link to another domain. You guys was able to unlink from the existing domain…
If the code is in use on another website, it can’t be used on another domain anyway.

Hello! The theme is actually one, and the demos are 40. After the installation of the theme you can select the demo you want to install.
The demos are grouped in ‘installers’.
In our list you can see they have a code, like 11.3 for instance.
This means that is the home page 3 from the installation number 11.

Hello, the versions you’re mentioning are extremely old. It means something is not correct with the installation, for instance, the license was moved to another domain.
please, provide the last 10 digits of the purchase code, and the website URL where the issue is happening.
The theme has zero issues with latest wp version and we test the whole installation at least 3 times a day, every day.

Yes because on some there was a previous version without the new icons. The issue has been fixed in the demo and in the product (make sure to clear the cache please to see it fixed).

Youre right i’m using a pirate copy for messing around not for actual using the theme. I now i’m not supposed to do that but will not buying it for that kind of work. It is a magnificent ajax theme and want to dive deeper in it. So please don’t get me wrong. Thank you
Well, it was 2 years of work of 2 people which still didn’t repay the effort, so if you plan on having a quality theme updates and support, you know with this theme you have it.
I think no other theme author provides a 4 hours update for a bug, we really put a lot of effort on it…
Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to have purchased songs available in the buyer/user’s my-account page. Basically I would like to add a function where a buyer can listen to purchased songs (in a playlist) and still have the option to download purchased songs (I am currently using the download track after purchase option). Currently, the user can listen to a snippet and then purchase the track to unlock the download. I’m aware that it might be a bit of a stretch, can you consider that functionality for one of the next updates. Cheers

All this COVID story cutted parties, events and music earnings, so this reflected in the theme sales and development budget.
I’ll note this down in the Theme Roadmap, but actually can’t promise anything at the moment… I’m sure you saw how many big updates we did lately, hope you like them

Hi, I cannot add more tracks through admin panel with there’s no response when I click the add button.
This issue happens in the latest wp version 5.6.1, I’d search through the internet and I got some feedbacks which’s say it’s caused by some old ajax code no longer enabled by default since wp 5.5.

No, I’d follow this guide to upgrade my theme into latest version already (even I’d replace whole theme folder), and the issue still exists. (Now is version 3.1.7)
I think the issue is came from wp itself? I’ve try to look around any solution and I got a solution from other site. (About the metabox issue)

Otherwise, you can just go again through the documentation and follow it for the plugins part.

Hello, absolutely not… you can if you want, but a good hosting and optionally a free CDN like CloudFlare will already make your site work nice and fast. Just avoid bad providers like Bluehost or Hostgator as their services use hidden caching that cause problems to our themes and are hard to snitch and fix.
If you go with any good provider like
- siteground - flywheel - a2hosting - fastcomet or our favorite: wphost2go
you can have a super fast website with less than 10 bucks
