Hello. When the theme is shown in a small screen, the font of the h2 class="h1" title gets smaller. How can I force the theme to also show smaller font for the h2 class="woocommerce-loop-category__title" when the screen is small so the titles fit better and don’t wrap?

Hello. What does the option “Register Image Size” do? I’ve seen it in the theme’s manual here https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/theme-options/general/#register-image-size. Does it register a different set of sizes for thumbnails, etc? What are these sizes and should one enable the option for better performance?

Thank you for reaching us. Image sizes are WordPress’s core function that allows you to generate specific image size for your website.
Electro registers 4 image sizes for blog. The upside is when you upload a featured image for your blog, the blog image is perfectly cut to fit the design. However, the downside is that each image uploaded will be resized into these 4 additional image sizes causing spacing issues ( not performance ).
You can enable this option if you have an active blog with featured image. You can disable this option if you do not need a blog or use well sized images for your blog.
Irrespective of the option there is no change in performance in frontend. Only the space occupied is more if the option is enabled.

The file header-mini.css is not generated by the theme. It is most likely generated by the caching plugin. You can reach out to the plugin support as they are in a better position to help than us.

Imagine that you have 20 elements in height on a mobile, it’s not ergonomic!
On the other hand, with “Template Element” the problem does not arise.

The carousel properties are set only for this carousel. In general carousels are displayed at 2 items per row. You can replace this block with the regular carousels.

Hi, please help. I was trying to use Navbar Primary menu and started to modify the static contents blocks. After making changes, sometimes the navigation bar stop working, displaying the menus overlapped, instead of the vertical layout. I been restoring the version of the latest static content modified and apparently everything went back to normal. But I can reverse it to normal anymore. Not sure what I did wrong.

Thanks Ibrahim! I was able to fix the last error reported navbar. Not sure how, though.
However, now that the theme was updated to the version 3.0, the width of the megamenus were reduced to the minimum. If I try to use the ccs: yamm-tfw or yamm-hfw, something weird happens.

Please update Electro to its latest version to resolve the issue.
You can update the theme can be updated in 3 ways:
1. Automatically: You can use the Envato Market plugin to update the Theme automatically. Instructions here: https://ibndawood.com/how-to-update-a-themeforest-wordpress-theme-or-a-codecanyon-wordpress-plugin/
2. Semi-Automatically: Sometimes, (1) does not work. You should install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ , download the latest installable WP theme zip file from your Themeforest downloads page and then upload it via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme and upload the zip file. The “easy upgrades” plugin will backup the old Theme and install the new one.
3. Manually: You should download the latest installable WP theme from your ThemeForest downloads page, rename your current theme folder in wp-content/themes folder, unzip the downloaded WP theme from your Themeforest downloads page and upload it to wp-content/themes folder.
Please note that updating a theme will override any custom changes that you make to the parent theme. Hence we recommend using a child theme. A child theme is not meant to be updated and should contain only your custom changes. Also, we strongly advise that you backup your website and database before updating. It allows you to roll back the update if anything goes wrong after update.

Unfortunatelly I have the same problem with other product categories now that are not shown in the product-category pages although they have products in them.

For anyone having the same problem, I finally found that, at least in my implementation, it was due to the plugin Term Management Tools https://www.codenamemiked.com/plugins/term-management-tools/ that I have used to merge some product categories. This problem has nothing to do with Electro theme, still I would like to thank the devs for the support.

Every time I do import products from a CSV file I get this problem. I can see the pictures in the backend (feature image and gallery images) but I cannot see feature image in the product page. Bought this because of elementor but its a bit funky halfbaked implementation I must say. Vertical Nav-menu, how do I remove the header so it become like V2? Why is all objects in elementor look the same icon? The settings on each object is minimal. Skip elementor if you only do it half hearted.

Hi. I’ve downloaded the theme but it is not letting me install it on Shopify. Please help this a matter of urgency!!!!!! It has the error message that it is missing layout/theme.liquid. I have raised a dispute with PayPal and Envato. This is unacceptable that you would want to rip off customers who didn’t intend on the purchase. I have also began legal proceeedings with my team to ensure other customers do not experience this with you and your company, as well as leaving many honest reviews across a wide-range of websites and review sites unless a full refund appears in my account within 24 hours.
Update: We have now began legal proceedings.We now have instruction via our legal channels that will result in a suspended court order that will enforce a temporary suspension of your theme with Envato for 90 days pending a legal investigation. This message and update forms part of the legal requirements, both informing you of our legal obligation and our intention to proceed with legal proceedings.
Please explain how we made you purchase a theme that you did not intend to purchase.
“You’ve made a mistaken purchase” was your previous admission. This is enough for legal proceedings to begin. I have given you an opportunity to rectify this and provide a refund but this has not been received at time of writing this. If any other potential customers are reading this, do NOT buy from these cowboys!! The support is shocking and the theme has many coding issues and errors once downloaded. There are better themes and better authors who look after their customers. Avoid MadrasThemes at all costs! I will be sharing my views on the many websites that they are mentioned on in the coming days to ensure that others do not get this treatment. Their theme looks identical to the Shopify version, including the logo and branding. Yet they claim they are not connected. Very suspicious and others have downloaded the incorrect version because of this. AVOID!!

We have only added styles that is how they look and not functionality that is how they work. WooCommerce has varied options for Payment gateways.
