Hi, the version of this theme that is available to me and functions on the frontend does not have a working WPBakery.

The version of the theme that has a functioning WPBakery has a broken frontend, because the it needs the core files downloaded to work. the theme was not letting me activate or deactivate it with the purchase code I had.

I tried to signup for support on your website with the purchase code I have and nothing happened.

I figured it would have to be my purchase code, so I bought the theme again and used the new purchase code, but now nothing is happening still and I am out another $55. Can someone help me get this theme functioning properly please?

I purchased this theme about a year ago, the theme does not support WPBakery in its current version on my site, but cannot be updated to the newest version.

It seems as though when I put my purchase code in, the Activate button does nothing, and the deactivate button does nothing as well.

I tried to use my purchase code to sign up on your website support but nothing happens when I put it in the text box and hit Verify either.

Also, our theme looks broken, but we hope this will be fixed as soon as we can activate the new theme.
