Hi When we make product with “Custom Product Layout”, google rich doesn’t detect it as product.please fix this problem in next update.

Hi my problem is not warnings, my problem is detection of google as product.if you check result link it has product section but in your result that made with custom layout , google doesn’t detect it as product and doesn’t show product section.

You can Import the single Demo on the single site/domain with a single license only, if you want to change the Demo you have to reset your WordPress or override previous Demo with a new Demo.

OR

You can use Porto Studio functionality as well and Import any of the Demo any section/page on your site as per your requirements: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/porto-studio/

For changing the font color, please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

The Demo Import will import the Demo content as well and Demo content includes demo products as well, so you have to delete those demo products manually.

If you completely want to remove the old Demo content and go with the new one, then you can use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/ and then reset your WordPress, it will remove all the content including pages/posts/custom post types/products, etc… and then you have to Import the new Demo again.

I have a problem with the activation of the theme.

I get the message: Your ip address is blocked as spam!!! I reinstalled the theme. 3 days ago it went just fine on the same server.

Please help in whitelisting my ip.

I am sorry I am not able to locate your IP in our Database, Please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the Theme from there and then again try to activate the Theme with the same purchase code and if finds the same issue then please share your site WP-Admin Login details via our email newsmartwave@gmail.com or aizazawan55@yahoo.com so that I’ll check and solve the issue for you on your site.

I think you mean the main wp dashboard themes options to deactivate as for the ‘porto’ dashboard does not seem to have this option.

Nevertheless I did that and the issue has been resolved. Porto is now properly activated.

We are using Proto Theme and notice that each block has its own indexable URL as these are simpyl queries.

Are these inteneded to be public facing and indexable?

any way to stop this without stopping them from being used?

Relaly bad that a user could get to our site from a block page and that looks terrible as user?

And the new Template Builder feature, once we resolved the migration issues, works well but is really really resource intensive any way we can make this better also?

Yes, the block has its own indexable URL, and there is no option in our Theme to change its URL, it auto-generates with the Title of the block, and also the new template builder feature is also working fine for me and other users, it does take intensive resources, it must be because of any other reason on your site or server.

And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 16/12/2020. According to Envato’s support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

I just noticed an issue with the theme. There seems to be an issue accessing the my-account page with WooCommerce for logged out users. Have switched themes and it works OK. Cna you please advise.

I have just tested it at my end and it is working perfectly fine for me, it must be some sort of confliction or Customization issue on your site.

Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue, and if not then please remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and share your site WP Admin Login details and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site customization as well so that we will debug it for you on your site.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

If it is working perfectly fine then no need to activate the Parent-Theme, you can go with Child Theme as well, Child Theme is basically the name of a couple of Customize files, it actually takes all the content/style/data from Parent Theme.

Could you please tell me why product category images are blury in this theme? I have tried many different sizes and settings but no luck.

The Images settings of the products are coming from WooCommerce, Please read the below-given articles:

This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on its width you set.

And some of the product layouts are default Theme layouts with huge size of images, those will only be altered via Customization, You can change the default layout setting using the WooCommerce setting.
