When it comes to setting up projects, we don’t see how we can work with the “Cases Single Content Template”.

Very nice template, really, this is clean and soft, most of it working well.
But I find it strange that a such template shows weird things like :
- the non-transition when sticky top menu is on, this is so rude when scrolling 
- background colors of some addons blocks can not be changed,
- some of customized fileds don’t work in front (by using theme options)
- validation form fields can’t be customized ? So when I use a form I have this horrible green border box saying my message is sent,
- I met a problem with homeslider : images well uploaded in back office but in front this is a grey screen, so I find a way to fix it by using background image but still…
I ask the support once, someone answered to me something I didn’t asked for, ever since, I have no more infos although I asked again. Someone please can help me ? Thank you, P.D

We have found a small bug. Some strings in POT/PO are non translatable. Strings in comments form. “SEND” – button. “Website URL”, “Full Name” and “E-mail”.
Maybe something else that is related to the form that we don’t see now (messages?).
PS
Perhaps the problem is in the Child Theme? Theme should use WP form and user language. Here it changes it to EN. On the other hand, the word “Comment” was in the POT / PO and it was possible to translate it – it is visible above the comment form.

( Envato Elements don't included any support )THANKS! The theme is so well made that we don’t need any help. Lack of strings in POT / PO is a bug – affects 100% of users. The problem is that many devs separate help from reporting bugs. Often there are dedicated pages or forms – because it is help, but users who help you improve your projects.
PS Do you know any date of the update? Changelog ends on 1..0.0 – 06/01/2020 First release…

There is a bug: - when I want to display a summary of the projects, it does not show the “summary text” I have added. - instead it shows a part of the begintext of that project, but this does not look good: it displays the title, location and date and then the text, but ugly on one line.
I know that I downloaded your theme with Envato Elements, but this does not mean that I have to buy a license, just to get a bug fixed

the whole lay-out gets messed-up sometimes for no reason … It seems that there are still bugs in this very young theme …
I saw an earlier comment in this section of somebody opening a page accidently with guteberg, and the whole page got screwed. You should at least make sure that this can’t happen, or mention it in the manual.
I hope that futur updates include bug-fixings, as I got suddenly the issue that a page was transformed into a blogpgae for no reason.
Also sometimes “weird characters” are seen in the theme next to the elementor blocks …
