Hi, I’m working on a client site that uses your theme. I took it over from a previous agency, so I don’t have the license for the theme. The Penci Soledad Demo Importer plugin was deleted and a notice keeps popping up about it. Is it a must use plugin, or can I let it go? If I do need it, how can I reinstall it? Thank you!

I already did that and you refused to help me because I did not buy the theme myself. An agency purchased the theme a while back and installed it on my client’s site. Now I am working on her site. Are you saying that I need to purchase this theme to get support when it’s already been purchased for the site I’m working on?

Is elementor required for posts and pages, or can they be done in Gutenberg or classic without a problem? Not crazy about using elementor I guess for the front page ok… Is there support for layouts of the category and archive pages, or do those also need to be in elementor?

No – this theme doesn’t require Elementor for posts and pages. You can use Gutenberg or classic on posts/pages without problems. This theme already supports layouts for the category and archive pages. You also can use Customizer to config the homepage – no need to use Elementor to do that if you don’t want to use Elementor 
Elementor just is an option.

Hi pencil, I looked around for footer options and widget areas and such, but I could find nothing in the documentation the footers on the demo sites do not really highlight anything here. What footer customization options are available?

We have many options for Footer from the theme itself. You can select any layout for the footer widgets area ( with different columns ) and put the widgets inside each column as you want and multiple other options as well.

I am building a blog related to magazine covers. I need a template that guarantees me on the cover of the article a photo of the magazine cover (vertical photo) , but before the possibility “see more”. Many templates only put vertical photos on article covers if there is no “see more”. Are the demos of the template “soledad” compatible with article covers with vertical photos, with the possibility of “see more”?

Hello, I love your theme but I can see that it does not come with the code specification that avoids the legacy library polyfills to be loaded only when needed (as described here https://philipwalton.com/articles/loading-polyfills-only-when-needed/ and here https://philipwalton.com/articles/deploying-es2015-code-in-production-today/ ).
Are you going to implement that anytime soon? It would be a great plus, especially to comply with the new Google’s core vitals

Hi Guys, I just updated the theme to 7.8.0 and after the update i have a little strange issue with the menu and sticky menu. When you scoll down the underline mouseover of the upper menu stay remain in function. Is this a known issue after this update? Support has expired but maybe its a known bug?

is it possible to change the background-color on any demo? For example I would like to use the Soledad Lawyer-Blog demo as the base for my blog, 1) Can I change the base blog background color to black and text to white? 2) Can the shop be “in darkmode” too? and 3) Could I deactivate the instagram header-roll on the Soledad dark-version (S/DARK)? 4) Is it possible to combine the design-features I like, of the two demos – I mean, is everything customizable?

2/ Yes, you can change any demo to dark mode if you want.
3/ Yes, of course, you can remove the Instagram on the header or footer if you want.

Hello, I’m a longtime user of your theme. I have a question though. On my homepage I’m trying to use list with an excerpt and read more link. But on archives and category I only want grid with just titles. Why can’t I do this? I’ve searched endlessly for this option. If I change the layout though in other options it changes both and removes the excerpt from my homepage. It’s very frustrating.

All I wanted to know was what font is used. If you can’t even tell me that after I spent money on the theme and support twice, I’m not paying for support again for you to answer that question.
