Hello, since I can’t work on my site (see my previous message), I am looking through the plugins that installed with the Prague theme and I see that you only provide WPBakery Visual Composer 5.1… is that correct? Not a more recent version, considering the current version is 6.6? And what about Slider Revolution? Prague comes with Slider Revolution 5.4.3 and the current version is 6.4.3.
I didn’t expect to get future updates, but I was expecting to get a current or at least a recent version of these plugins, as I have with other themes. Can you explain why you are not updating WPBakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution on your side and pushing the updates to clients who are purchasing the latest version of your theme?

I just purchased the Prague theme and right away ran into a serious problem – I can’t even access the customize options so I can’t do much. I’m trying to reach support but there is no support site that I can find… and the Prague documentation has a link to submit a ticket that doesn’t work: http://foxthemes.com/help/documentations/general/#
And I hope you won’t tell me to contact your support team, because as I already explained there is no practical way to do that.
Is the contact form here on Themeforest the only way to reach you for support? Do you not have a support site, where users can open a ticket, and track response, post screenshots, etc?

Can you tell me what the most recent version of the theme (number) is please? I’ve been asked to repair a website that is running theme v 2.2.4 and WPBakery v 6.0.1. I’d also like to know, if there does happen to be a more recent version available, if it includes Gutenberg support. I’ve noticed for example that there’s no theme-specific Gutenberg blocks available and the default blocks don’t support wide alignments. I’d prefer to work up pages without WPBakery if possible. The latest version is 2.3.0. As for now there are no theme based Gutenberg blocks. The theme mainly uses WpBakery page builder.

In relation to your question here, unfortunately there are currently no official compatibility tests with multilingual plugins out there. However, the theme is developed using WordPress coding standards and hence most multilingual plugin with these in place should work with the theme.

What’s the easiest way I can update the theme? Should I download it from here and re-upload it to my website? Because it’s weird I have installed 2.2.1, 6-7 months ago, and the new version is 2.1.0

In relation to your question here, please use the steps below:- Log into FTP Account using an FTP program such as FileZilla
- Navigate to wp-content/themes directory
- Move to the theme directory that you want to update.
- Download the latest version of theme from ThemeForest.net/downloads
- If you have downloaded the zip, extract it. Find the theme folder. It should have a style.css file in it.
- Upload all files in that folder to the directory on FTP, that we found in step #3 above.
