now we have 2 laguages on our website which is french and english, the issues are when we switch to the english Language: 1- the products reviews disppears. 2- the products sizes are showing as dropdown list instead of inline.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
As for products sizes, you are using some additional plugin for this so you need to consult with plugin’s developers on this matter.

Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

Hi, I have tried to update to the latest version of the theme. However, the child theme is causing it to crash. I turn the child them off and then I loose all my personalised data. It is also requesting for certain plugins to be updated, but they are not updating to the required version. The three plugins in question are slider revolution, theme post types and Wpbakery Page builder. How can i retrieve all my updated data eg company name, logos, phone numbers, colour schemes, widgets without being able to load the child theme?

If your child theme causes errors on your website that it contains some extra code added by you or your developer. You need to revise the code and make sure that it is compatible with our latest update. You can update all the included plugins via Appearance -> Install plugins.

Hi, Thank you for your response. I use a child theme so when the theme is updated I won’t lose all my changes. When I disable the child theme – I lose all personalisation – phone numbers, logos, html blocks, company name, widgets – everything. It is like starting again. Everything in the child theme works with the version of Basel I currently have. Do you have any suggestions of the conflicts to find in the Functions.php etc? If that is not possible – is there a way I can grab all the information I have entered in fields, widgets, html blocks, header data, menus etc and export the data for importing back into latest version?

The problem that may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. Now, you need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions. As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/

Hi, tried a Lenovo Tab 10 with vertical 800×1280 resolution and the left panel for shop containing woocommerce categories etc is to narrow. Is it possible to change when the left sliding panel is shown? With less than 800 it has a show filer option. Great theme otherwise!

I am having issues with the theme.
1. Whenever I add a product to the wish list and try to see the wish list page, it says that there are no items on the page, although it shows the numbers of the items on the wish icon, the page is empty.
2. I’ve added a new page for the New products, but the rows don’t seem to align when a product description is longer than the previous row. Also, when the page loads, all the products load in the top right-hand corner, one on top of the other, then they spread in the page. The same issue seems to be on the Sales page.
3. My menu bar disappeared and got replaced by another smaller one once I’ve added a new page.

Hi, I got urgent questions here.
1. I already imported the Medical content, but the entire page layout is a mess. How can I properly set the layout of the website as I did the changes on the Theme Settings, but doesn’t seems taking any effect. https://snipboard.io/PKe0aw.jpg 2. Hello – you are right. I purchased the theme in 2018 for my clients using a login for them. I logged into the account and have the license code and other information, but don’t want to post that here. Do you have a support ticket place where I can submit a ticket? I need to resolve this issue asap. I tried to extend the support period under the account where purchased, but still won’t activate a new support license.

Unfortunately, we are not able to transfer your license from one account to another. If you don’t have access to the account where you purchased the theme (Guglielmo2), then you can’t update your support. And the only option for you is to purchase a separate license on your current account. And sorry, but we don’t porvide additional customization service.

I do have access to the account and the infor is: The account user name is: Guglielmo2 . I purchased the theme license using that login and account. I go to that account and it won’t allow me to up date. I shouldn’t have to purchase the theme again just to extend my support for the theme. Not good at all. Payments methods are WooCommerce functionality and don’t depend on our theme and the license you get. We recommend you install WooCommerce first and check all its functionality.
