pre sales questions: is this theme has unique landing page demos for taxi and curier service business which can be used by inserting iframe of short codes without changing any demo getup? also, what is your support turnaround timing please? thanks

I have purchased the gem theme and I used it’s activation key twice i.e. once on development mode (subdomain) and once on live mode (domain thebigunit.com.au). Now I’m unable to use the theme due to duplicacy of activation key. It’s not letting me create new pages in site, but I can use the given theme pages. Please help me through this so I can work on the theme on either of the modes.

Hi Team, I update your theme and now my logo is not more centered with menu items in left and right part, like in yout demo https://codex-themes.com/thegem/starting_page/megamarch.php?page=app-one-pager but I can set just logo above main menu. I temporarily set hamburger menu.

I have uploaded TheGem Elementor main theme but can’t import demo as it says: “Your current activated theme in not TheGem main parent theme. Please note, that this import works only with TheGem main parent theme. Please activate TheGem main parent theme before proceeding with import.”

Hi, when I update the theme, my menu disapears and the page background turns grey. I have tried changing things in theme settings, menu and css but nothing works. I have multiple website running on The Gem WP bakery theme and they all have the same issue. I bought the theme more than 6 months ago, but would really appreciate your help. I did not change anything to the websites, I just cannot update without loosing the menu and colors.

I have changed it several times and saved it correctly, but when I open the site in any mobile, it still shows the old logo. I’ve tried in different phones and cleaning the browsers’ cache and it still does not show the new version. What is going on?

Hello, I bought the theme more than 6 months ago, but I have an issue with my license code. I can’t update my license because it say me this: “This installation has been deregistered and can’t be registered again with this purchase code. Please purchase an additional copy of theme in order to get a new valid activation key for this installation. In case of any questions please contact our support (E07)” - Inside my Theme License Manager there is not any license active and I can’t update any pluginfor this reason…Could You hel me? Hi, I have 3 issues regarding the WPML dropdown selector.

1.- If I add it as a menu item it ‘grabs’ the theme CSS and it doesn’t stand out as a language selector? How can I get a styled dropdown selector placed there, please?

2.- I’d also like to have a dropdown menu by the hamburger icon in the mobile menu. How can I achieve that as well, please?

I’m happy to edit .php files if needed and you point me to the proper files.

I’m having an issue with the theme all of a sudden. I’ve updated everything just in case it was due to an outdated plugin or theme. Some page builder elements stopped showing like: *Clients *Text Box

Actually now I’m checking the web and It lost the whole css style on mobile?! wth?

Hey there, On each install of TheGem theme I have I’m getting the same update error when trying to update the pre-packaged Massive addons plugin.

“An error occurred while updating Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.”

I’ve got around 7 licenses for this theme and have the same issue on all installs which has been happening for a few months now.

Hi, I’m trying to upgrade from wp version 5.3 to 5.7 but the site has some problems loading articles and other layout details (photos, sticky menus, alignments). I have also installed the update of the parent theme but the problem persists …. now I have seen that the child WP Bakery is loaded too, do I have to change that too? but in case I might lose the various custom modifications. let me know! thank you

I would like to know how to add an offset to the scrolling to an anchor. Currently the navigation bar is hiding what the anchor it is scrolling to.
