olá, uma duvida, estou usando o home 1 como principal, mas independente de estar usando home 1 , o banner não fica repulsivo nos aparelhos dispositivos moveis, na verdade o site todo é repulsivo, só que o banner não consegue acompanhar o dispositivo móvel. ele corta, já fiz o teste com todos os home e ele corta de todos , o que eu queria era que o banner principal, ficasse completo independente do aparelho.

Since the aspect ratio of the desktop screens and the aspect ratio of the mobile screens are completely different, you need to make a separate image for the mobile screens if you want to make sure that a certain area on the image is to be seen.
Once you create the desired portrait image for the mobile resolutions, you can either switch it using custom css, or, clone the existing hero section, set the copy to be visible only on mobile screens, set the original to be visible on desktop screens and assign an optimized hero image to the mobile version of the hero section.
Of course you can do all this using custom css and respective media query statements – whichever method suits you best.

Hi. As you can see on this Services page of yours https://goldenblatt.bold-themes.com/main-demo/about-us/services/, there is lots of space in the blue area above where it says “Experienced Solutions” but also at the bottom of the same blue area after the “exceptional Care” row of information. The same can be said about the white area on the left where there is just too much space between the Courtroom icon and the “ABOUT GOLDENBLATT FAMILY LAW” heading. Same issue happens in the same where area after the phone number. QUESTION; How does one reduce and control those spaces? I would like to be able to reduce those spaces and recover that real estate on the page. Thanks.

You need to use custom css in order to achieve that.
Please add the custom class name both to the left and right column containing the content in that specific row (open custom tab of column edit dialog and add for example mycolumn to Extra class name(s) field)
Then add the following to the Additional CSS panel of Appearance > Customize:
.mycolumn.bt_bb_column.btWithIcon .bt_bb_column_content .bt_bb_column_content_inner, .mycolumn .bt_bb_column_content_inner {
padding-top: 8rem !important;
padding-bottom: 4rem !important;
}
Each column you assign mycolumn class name to will have these reduced top and bottom paddings once you add the CSS.

Hi, thanks. On the same vein, on this home page of the demo,
1) how can I change the space between columns for the services section that comes right under the Aristotle quote? I would like to be able to reduce that space between the three columns.
2) How can I fit 5 columns on the same line as opposed to three? I know they will become small, but your system does not allow doing more than 4 columns. When you do this, the system defaults to big images in big rows. I want to be able to do a 1/5, 1/5, 1/5, 1/5, 1/5 setup for that services section.

Related to the gaps, if you edit the row element holding the columns with cards, you will notice that it has the property called column gap which allows you to set the padding in 5 px increments or few predefined values.
Related to number of columns, the theme is based on so called 12 column grid. This means that you can have 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 12 columns in a row. 5 will stack on top of each other.

How and where do I insert license code for a BoldThemes in WordPress?

We can see that you have purchased the Goldenblatt theme. Our themes do not require any kind of license activation.
Maybe you are trying to activate the license of one of our plugins which come with the theme – Cost Calculator or Bold Timeline. If you buy one of our plugins separately, license activation enables you to receive update notifications and plugin updates from wp-admin panel.
Since you have purchased the plugin as part of the theme, you do not need to activate your license of packaged plugin. Their updates will come packaged with new releases of the theme you have purchased.
Just ignore the plugin activation screen and you will be fine.

Hi, there, I’ve just updated the theme from 1.0.2 to the last version but the home page (and the others too) is crashed. The website is currently using WP 5.6 with Goldenblatt 1.0.2 without problems. But after the update the elements of the pages display in a chaotic way. Any idea about this? Tnx

Please make sure that, after you update the theme you update the Goldenblatt plugin as well. Both the theme version and the Goldenblatt plugin version should be the same – 1.0.6

Does this theme have an option to add a click to call button? If so, is it only available at top or near header or can it be added anywhere or as a sticky?

Yes you can add the click to call button in the header area with “out of the box” functionality.
If you wish to make it sticky and place it as fixed somewhere in the viewport you can do it with few lines of custom css or you can even use a third party plugin for that purpose.
