Hi, I’m getting a lot of Spam recently through my site www.erdenkind.com built with the betheme. My hoster says it’s because the recaptcha gets bypassed somehow. Hi, my client bought your theme in 2018, he has the purchase code, theme is registered and installed on his wordpress web. However, the theme for some reasons is not able to update. I wanted to ask this in support forum, but I cannot register there (Support period expired on: October 30th, 2018. Please extend support or buy a new license @ Envato.). So I went to Envato to extend support. However, it is not possible, there is no way to pay for support if I’m not directly the customer (my client is, not me). But my client doesn’t want to bother with this extend, I’m here for him, nor he wants to give me his credentials (obviously). So, HOW can I pay only for support, without buying the whole license?
