Hi, I am just curious about it, Can I build the header with Elementor and other inner parts of the page with Wp bakery.? Will that support each other? I want to confirm about this type of stuff because Some sections I want to create with elementor and some with WP-bakery.

I am sorry but this is not possible, if you use both or 2 page builders at the same time on same site then they will conflict with each other, and requires Customization to solve that confliction. I have just tested it at my end, and it is working perfectly fine for me on my test site. Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

hi, bought this theme a week ago. tried using purchase code for creating support ticket but it isnt working – says “Purchase code already used”. Well i have a support request i want intro slider to autoplay but its not working i updated the slider config in porto settings to autoplay but still its not working. For Slider Autoplay, I can see in your provided screenshot that you are using the Porto Carousel element on your site with Elementor page builder, so you have to edit the Column and under Column setting, you have to go to Porto Settings and set the Columns as Autoplay as showing in this screenshot:

3. You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

You have to Import the same Demo on your site, and you will find the same Header and Sidebar, If you already have Imported any other demo on your site, and wants Shop Demo 40 Header and Sidebar then you have to Import the Demo Shop 40 on your test site and then copy the Header and Sidebar from your Test site to Main site, it will work for you.

I can not get rid of this error. “Error : Please fix your theme to make plugins work correctly. Go to the Theme Editor and insert the following string: <?php wp_head(); ?> Please enter it just before the following line of your header.php file: </head> Go to your theme editor”. I requested support they just told me to reinstall – that did not fix it. This is a problem with the template and it needs to be fixed.
