Please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with same purchase code and then try to use Porto Studio, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Hello Support Team, i try to view my team profile but when i try to click on the photo of the team, the profile wont come out. i will get the message ” The content could not be loaded” and also when i try to activate the plugins “porto theme – functionality” i will get this error message: “Fatal error: Cannot declare class Porto_Functionality, because the name is already in use in /home/mdvcommy/public_html/v3/wp-content/plugins/porto-functionalityold/porto-functionality.php on line 18” please advise. thank you

1. Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

2. For Porto Functionality plugin, please Login into your site CPanel or FTP and go to wp-content/plugins and finds and delete the porto-functionality folder from there and then again go to WP-Dashboard >> Appearance >> Install Plugins and Install the plugin from there.

And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 18/09/2019. According to Envato’s support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible with pre-built layouts of the single product page, you can not change the position of the content, as there is no such option for it.

If you are using a pre-built product layout then sorry this is not possible. you can not change the position of the content in the pre-built layout of the single product pages.

So you have to use Custom Product Layout Builder and create your own layout and place any element, anywhere as per your requirements.

Thanks for the answer, we have active the customization of the product page but in elementor only appears the option to add product to the cart and this contains the variations, the option of product variations should appear to be able to place it on another site, not that the Variations are linked to the add to cart button, it is possible to unlink this to be able to really customize the product page or this will always be linked, which would deny that it is 100% personalized, we will be attentive to your response.

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the Extra Product Options plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.

You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme for you.

Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services or hire any developer.

Hello, If I purchase a licence can I use on primary and subdomain at the same time “without deactivating” either of them. For example “staging.mydomain.com” and also “mydomain.com”. I hope this is possible as I like the theme but not enough to have to purchase 2 licences. Thank you

1 single license for 1 single site/domain only, whether it is subdomain or multisite, no matters, this is Envato policy and you may wish to confirm from them as well, so if you want to use the Theme as on test site for testing purpose and then on your final site/domain you have to first deactivate it from your test site.

Theoretically staging.mysite.com is still the same domain as mysite.com and only one site will ever be live. To be straight, not allowing this is a real turn off for me.

Please can you tell me, if there is an issue on the live site and we need to disable licence on this live site to enable on staging site, will the live site look broken after doing so? Or will it just not run updates?

I did purchase real physical media plugin from here also, this plugin does allow staging site also, the developer says staging is automatically detected so I don’t understand why you can not also offer this other than you expect to sell multiple licence for one website domain,

Can you offer any discount for licence that allows this ?

As I told you, the license policy is from Envato, so you can ask from them about it.

And if you deactivate the license from live site for testing purpose then it will not broke your live site and you have to reactivate the Theme on Live site again after doing the testing on test site.

1. We have 2 search functionalities in our Theme, one is Theme live search and the other is Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search, other than those you have to integrate it using Customization.

Hello there, I have a problem with header. If i change type of header from customizer i see the new one in preview, but when i publish it nothing change in frontend. Please make sure that you have also set/select the particular Header Type from Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type and if yes, then that might be the cache issue at your end nothing else, and for that you have to read and follow all the instructions written in the below given article:

2. There are three sections in the header builder: top bar, main header, and bottom header sections.

Each section is also divided into three boxes: left, center and right.

And at the top of the header builder, there are header builder elements that can be dragged and dropped into the header boxes.

So you have to go to Appearance >> Menu and set the Menu Display location as Top Navigation:

And after that, you have to go to Header Builder and set the Top Menu element in top row as per your requirements.
