Hello, please to help me with that I try to find a way to remove the thing in the brackets (” />), which is located at the most left top on the website poslushen.com Will you be kind to tell me if I can remove and I try to do, or any other option also would be grate. In addition, when the website link has been sent via viber the site title and tagline i.e. (blogname and blogdescription) are in Chinese symbols. This doesn’t apply when the website link has been sent via email (with computer and mobiles) it’s fine. I wonder where could be the problem with it. Thank you very much. Regards

You can use Enfold’s drag and drop page builder Advanced Layout Builder to create your single product pages like creating any other page. If you would like to use WooCommerce template for it, that would still be possible however it would require some customization

Your memory limit is too low. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase memory limit to 256M.
“You’re not securely connected to this site” error you are getting is related to your SSL certificate as I mentioned in my previous reply

1- The issue they have is related to older version of LayerSlider which was already updated in Enfold so it is not a current issue
2- It is already however we have not updated the description yet. Kriesi will do it soon

Please make sure that you are using Enfold 4.8.1 and WordPress 5.7. If you are, please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. Hi, the theme just caused my site to crash and I had to roll back wordpress, then update wordpress again. Now the site is back up but I am getting an error in teh dash that reads: Deprecated: contextual_help is deprecated since version 3.3.0! Use get_current_screen()>add_help_tab(), get_current_screen()>remove_help_tab() instead. in /home/leadingh/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5236
When I change the theme the error goes away. I tried manually re-installing the theme but the upload fails.

Hi there, is there a way to open a ticket? Cause after logging at Kriesi website I couldn’t find it. Are you aware of any conflict between Enfold chuild theme and woocommerce quick view plugin pro version? As the website is still on the making, there are no other plugin active , so I don’t think it can be a conflict with other plugins(just woocommerce and creative mail). Thanks for your answer.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of Enfold 4.8.1 and WordPress 5.7. If that does not help, de-activate all of your plugins and activate them one by one to find the culprit. Your page is probably broken due to incompatibility issues caused by older version of the theme or WordPress. Since you did not post a link of your website, I cannot really tell.
