We have integrated a video on the slider but unfortunately the sound does not work even tho we activate it. There is also one bloc when we try to add arrow. We can’t. Can you please help out.

First of all, Envato rules when we submit themes for sale on the marketplace, enforce us to keep css / js frameworks separate in different files. This way, there will be no compatibility issues with other plugins installed on the site (that bundles same frameworks).
So, minifying the css and js files can be easily done using a caching/minifying plugins. Our recommendation is the Free plugin: Fast Velocity Minify or WP Fastest Cache.

I have purchased this theme and its really nice and clean. I have asked in the support to check my footer, because it was not functioning well. After your support made some adjustments I realize that my hover in the header menu turned back to default, even when i choose a different color, it stays on default. I also made a redirect for mobile devices, this is also gone. unfortunately this is affecting my bussines. I tried to communicate with your support to get everything back as it was, but this is already taking 4 days.. I am really not happy with this! I know I am not the onlything you guys are dealing or busy with. But because of your actions, my website is now not ok. I really want this to be fixed!! I have the feeling that you dont take me serious on this because everytime I ask something I need to wait for 1 or 2 days to get an awnser!

I get replies on my communication, but concerning this is affecting my bussines I cannot wait for 2 days everytime to get an awnser, and I need to get my problem to be fixed right now.. I am not trying to act like a spoiled kid, but your support made these changes I did not ask for and this is affecting my bussines. I want my redirect for mobile devices back and the hover color is staying on default color (RED) .

The theme is not fully compatible with RTL. At this moment we have developed a plugin (ModelTheme RTL Compatiblity Plugin.https://modeltheme.com/modeltheme-rtl-compatiblity/?utm_source=themeforest&utm_campaign=eagle ) which adds a lot of RTL rules and make your site RTL ready, but as you can see on the link, it wasn’t tested with Eagle theme.
You can give it a try, if there will be problems, we will test and add the fixes for free.

At this moment the theme does come with My Account section. Basically you can enable registrations and account area. But the theme does not have a feature for shippers to post a load.

Usually, the demo import process problem is caused by low hosting/server resources. Most probably, the max_execution_time on your hosting is too small and needs to be increased.
What you can do:
- Take a look at this tutorial to increase the max_execution_time: https://modeltheme.com/how-to-increase-maximum-execution-time-on-wordpress/
- If the first option doesn’t help, you can open a ticket with your FTP + WP admin credentials at https://modeltheme.ticksy.com/submit/

Hello – Thanks for the update but why can you not fix the homepage blog date. This have been broken for over a year. I had someone fix it when I had support and then when the theme updated it broke it again. Can you we get an update with this fix? Please?

Hi. I purchased the theme. I’m now trying to install the required plugins and the ModelTheme Framework would not install and gets stuck at “Unpacking the package…” I tried waiting but it has been more than an hour already.
