Hi Am using Rehub theme along with Dokan plugin.. On the single store page, the banner or cover image of a vendor is not so clear. The original image is somehow extended according to the page size. How could we resize it? I also tried to change the layout via Customze – Dokan – Store Page, then the layout doesn’t change at all. you can set size of banner in settings of Dokan
But still the customize option doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t change the layout at all.
Custom Dokan option is working only for Dokan template, it’s not for theme template. If you prefer to use Dokan, remove dokan folder from theme folder
Hello, I get an error while trying to update rehub through envato plugin. My managed hosting is 10web, it might come from them. I contacted envato who told me to ask you. Do you have an idea where this comes from ? We can’t help with Envato plugin because it’s not our plugin. You can update theme via regular upload as described in our documentation
hi am trying to import redokan plugin, but it keeps on importing. I have installed all the necessary plugins and everything but still import doesnt progress
Please, write from your buyer’s account. We don’t support not official and nulled versions of theme. If you purchase or get theme anywhere except Themeforest, we recommend to check sites for malware because all not official versions of theme which we checked early have 0day virus

News ticker is for posts in current point. For blog posts, you can use other post modules which have post type support

Reporting a bug
Webp images are not showing on the related posts, store posts etc. They are showing on Feature image but not where else.

Could you please help, as all webp images are now looking like broken images.
Also most data feeds are using webp images instead of jpg

I’m using the ajax search in the header section of my site. By default, it’s showing a list of 5 row results when we search for something. Is there any option available for controlling the number of search results to show? For example, show only 2 rows instead of 5 rows of result.
