Hi Leroy, Thank you for the message. In WpRentals subscription to add properties is not managed with WooCommerce. I am not sure if we will add this in the future either. For subscription based membership you can use Paypal, Stripe or offline payment (Wire transfer)

WooCommerce exists, but you can use it to pay for a paid submission and deposit, which is what works on that demo

Rentals theme is not made for sales I am afraid. It can only do rentals by day or hour, as in the rentals theme demos.

Hi, I am not sure if by tenant listings you refer to something in particular.
We use random for one shortcode (list properties) https://prnt.sc/11hzecn but if you use random, you have to disable cache and that is not recommended.
Random in general is not recommended as it consumes server resources more than a standard query

The key things I would need it to do is allow to book a room using different guest profiles:

• Child etc etc,

1. Enable instant booking for each listimg 2. Set a global deposit value required to be paid for booking to be confirmed 3. Set WOO Commerce to pay for the deposit to Site Admin (only site admin can receive payment)

I am afraid we do not change the price by search. I am not sure on the technical method to make this happen, if it can be an easy or complex change, but I am afraid we cannot assist with custom development and because it is a change we did not do before, I cannot offer any directions for it either.

While adding a listing, the red warning “These fields are mandatory: Main Category, Listing Price’’ always appear even the mandatory fields are filled. Besides, it appears in every section of the “add new listing”(it appears in Description, Price, İmages, etc).
How can show this only the mandatory fields are not filled, or if it snot possible, how to remove this warning?

I would like to learn how to delete(or disappear) the “Private Notes” box while a member is adding a new listing.
While adding a new listing, the property description is already available and Private Notes box is not neccesary for my site. First, it is not available in the listing windows however after pressing the Continue it appears.

you gues are talking about existing clients, that must be strange clients who are using the theme, when the important things are not working. Like how birken said, its important that they can put children and infants in. That is standard todday. Also when we put 8 persons as maximum in, why sombody can choose 12, and click book, and the system say its only possible to book for 8 persons. Its have to show allready only 8 then somebody choose the persons how it work on airbnb

Hi Tremvi, Access is free in the theme. You cannot give access based on a subscription. And Rentals is only a rental platform not a sales one.
So I am afraid the theme cannot work for your project.

what is the best practise to remove a renters bookings, invoices and messages and everything connected with woo also?
Hi Birken, When user deletes his profile, which is available at all times in his user dashboard – My profile, his listings, bookings, messages are deleted. Woo details are independent from theme profile .
