Hello, i put sale and date variation for specific product. Now its expired but the label on the product picture in the shop( not inside the products) continue to show “OFFERS END IN: 0 DAYS 0 HOURS 0 MINS”. Can you explain me how to fix this?

Sorry to say that but there is no such option to add Buy Now button in our Theme, Our theme is based on WooCommerce and WooCommerce provides default Add to Cart button, so you have to try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements.

The standard size for the logo image is 200×200 furthermore you can use any resolution which better meets your requirements.

And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 07/06/2020. According to Envato’s support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hi, from the beginning of may google will do more with the core web vitals. Now i asked two person to help me with that and they both gave the advie to change the theme? afcourse i do not support that but what i can do to fix it? i have bad loadings. I also have wp rocket and imagefy to make it better but still it loads slow and they both give the theme as problem.

We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

Yes, Porto WordPress is SEO friendly, and compatible with the Yoast SEO plugin as well.

Missing style sheet error when installing the theme

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

hello, my website is expired (i did renew the hosting) and when i want to use the theme in new website in an other new hosting company i get this error message “This code was already used in yyyy.com” please tell me how can i reuse the licence in new website and disassociate it from the old one (i don’t have access to the old one).

1. It turns out the issue is that trying to save changes in the Porto Theme Settings is triggering ModSec rule 300015 for some reason, which is an SQL injection protection rule, so you have to disable this rule server-wide until you are in the development process, as the ModSec rule that was getting triggered is one of the standard WHM/cPanel rules as of one of the newer versions, so more and more servers are going to have this rule enabled by default.

So please contact your hosting provider on this and ask to solve these issues for you from the server on your site and check back.

2. Please go to Appearance >> Menu and click on the Screen Option showing at the right top corner of the screen as showing in the below-given screenshot and then check to the options you want to show beside Menu and it will appear so just check yes Product categories from there and you will find it beside menu: https://pasteboard.co/HH0S6jc.png

Do you have any plans to add more functionality to product page tabs, especially on mobile version? Change positon of tabs, etc.? On mobile version is only accordion now. It is a shame for one of the most popular themes of woocommerce.

Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
