PRE-SALE Concern: So in the DEMO site it lists a “Library” demo, but clicking it objectively seems to not be an example of a digital library and just a book shop. Like even clicking the PAGE from the HOME link that says Library, isn’t a page that display books in library or the ability to search. Whats the point? Seems more like false advertising to claim a demo will work like a digital library, but than the demo doesn’t even show that function. Its literally just a store front.

ThemeREX Updater is not updating the included plugins. It’s my understanding that updates for included plugins does not stop 6-12 months after buying the theme (when paid support expires). ThemeREX Updater was working fine until just recently. Essential Grid plugin has a Reflected Cross Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that ThemeREX Updater is not updating. You may remove Woocommerce plugin from the website to delete all shop features. Alternatively, if you want to showcase your novels as products, you can simply enable Catalog mode with the help of free additional plugins like WP Catalog Inquiry https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-catalog-enquiry/ Please note that it is a third-party plugin. But there should be no issues using it.
