Please note that size of images in the lightbox is calculated dynamically based on the screen size, so in case that you’ve opened lightbox in vertical view and then changed to horizontal, without exiting the lightbox, images will remain like in the vertical view. Once we check your website we do see that the demo content is not imported and if you do have issues with it you can always try to import it with an XML file. Here is a helpful tutorial which covers all the steps that you can follow.

You guys need to create a setting to change the date format on blog posts. This is utterly rediculous. In the US we DO NOT format our dates this way. You should have done this years ago. Get it together Qode.

If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. Also note note that RevSlider does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

As you are using a very old theme you can follow the guidance on how to update the theme and its plugins here.
Also have in mind that Envato Toolkit is an outdated plugin. So, now you should use Envato Market and procedure is pretty much the same.
Please, just go to /wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/modules and remove whole folder envatowordpresstoolkit This is deprecated Envato Toolkit plugin that is replaced with Envato Market plugin.
If you are using child theme be aware of the following and the changes that needs to be done, you can read more about it here.
Because in Bridge 18.0 we had to change function names as per Themeforest request in order to meet their new coding standards, and child theme modifications must reflect these changes since 18.0 Bridge release. If you have modified functions via child theme, you’ll have to rename functions in the child theme in order your child theme to work after the update.

Please update theme to the latest 25.7 version (see change log), and it’s also important to update Bridge Core to the latest 2.7.2 version.

There are also some errors in the console saying that home-slider-background-img.jpg could not be loaded ( see screenshot ), so please check if the image is still available in media library or try setting it again.

If you import our Elementor demo your content with WPBakery will be available still, however if you wish to edit your new pages these you will need to do with Elementor, as the content from our demo is imported with Elementor content.
We recommend that you check the article in this link.
Your old content will not be deformatted if you keep the both plugins active, but if you wish to use Elementor then you will need to build your content from scratch as the 2 page builders have different shortcodes and behaviour.

Some of our demos are built using WPBakery and some are built with Elementor. Unfortunately, WPBakery and Elementor are not interchangeable so demo content built with Elementor cannot be edited with WPBakery. However, since all shortcodes are available both with WPBakery and Elementor you can recreate content made with Elementor by using same shortcodes in WPBakery.
We don’t have testing environment for our demos and the access to our demos in not available.

Elementor full width cuts top of the image of the first image even when the image is also set to full screen. If i adjust the image’s positioning it start to overlap with the footer.
The page background colour does not change in elementor full width only canvas or if changed back to theme or default.

Hello Qode, I sent an email to helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com to deregister my domain licences – it was returned with the message “Message not delivered The response from the remote server was: 550 High probability of spam”
