Hi, I am using cart ” page type 2” and there is no update cart button. If i increase product quantity sum is not updated and after refresh page quantity is still the same. Please help.

It looks there is an error on the code. I checked the footer.php (on the Theme editor) and it doesn’t show , it only shows . By the way, isn’t showing anywhere in the code.

I will elaborate my concerns with detail below: 1. It looks like there are some code missing on the theme. In order to find this you can go to: 1. Appearance 2. Theme editor 3. Theme files and click on footer.php

I was able to see the and tags, I could not find and openings. Besides my website I also downloaded the theme.zip and it doesn’t show the opening eighter.

My main goal is to insert this script just before , but everytime I do it, that breaks my site. In the past it used to work good.

There is nothing missing in our Theme or code, you are trying to Customize the Core files and you can not directly Customize the Core Theme files, you have to create a function for it, and this requires customization. the purchased theme was registered to a domain which is expired now.

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator & Uni CPO – WooCommerce Options and Price Calculation Formulas plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.

You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making them compatible with the Theme for you.

Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services or hire any third-party developer.

We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

First of all, we would like to tell you that Google very often scores with 20-40 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. To get more points you need to have a really light page. For example remove all sliders, carousels and leave a few banners and products only. Then you will get a high result. But usually, our theme works very fast on mobile devices and doesn’t have any problems with performance. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems. Google PageSpeed gives you recommendations on how to improve the performance of your website, but it does not actually measure the speed (aka loading time) of your website. If your site loads fast, you can safely ignore PageSpeed’s recommendations.

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

Note: Please take a complete backup of your site before update the theme and also deactivate/delete these three plugins (Porto Widgets, Porto Shortcode, Porto Content-Type) before an update because in our latest theme we have made a new Plugin named Porto Functionality is a combination of these 3 plugins so before installing Porto Functionality you must deactivate/delete those 3 plugins and in our new update also Ultimate addon for Visual composer Plugin is also excluded, the elements which are used in the site of Ultimate Addon we add those elements in Porto Functionality so no need to worry but you can use Ultimate Addon for the visual composer as well it is up to you.

I thought it would be easier to configure this theme but it is not being. when configuring the products to be displayed in the products bottom block, including the featured products, the layout disconfigures and the list of products is displayed underneath each other and not side by side. On your newest update V6.0.6 with WP 5.7. Had several clients report that that they are not able to scroll down on several different browsers on mobile versions at current updated browser versions. We checked Safari, IE, Brave, Chrome, Firefox and all have same issues. We have confirmed as well. Will be downgrading versions until fixed.

We were not able to downgrade Porto Theme – Functionality. This has now became urgent matter. We have customers who are not able to order online due to this bug.

We reinstalled them and it fixed the issue.
