Hello,
We have detected a problem with the theme. When a user tries to log out from their account, it gives a "Error 503 Backend fetch failed" error. We have temporarily changed to another theme and the problem doesn't happen, so it must be some problem related to the theme.
We purchased this theme some time ago for a project (that’s why it says purchased here). But this problem happens in a new client with a project which uses the Porto theme but we don’t have access to its support.
If we buy the support from here, willl you be able to check and fix the 503 problem?

This error might be a result of the server not having adequate memory or it could be that there are too many requests queuing up.

WooCommerce 5.2.1 has been released only a couple of days ago, and we already tracked it. The latest Porto version 6.0.6 is already compatible with the latest version of the WooCommerce, but only a couple of template of the Theme has become outdated with this version of the WooCommerce, but no need to worry, it will not create any issue on your site, You can update it on your site.
And we are working on the new Theme update with which we will update that template as well. So please be patience till that and Enjoy using Porto

This is not because of our Theme, as I have tested it at my end on my test site and it is woring perfectly fine for me on my test site with the very latest version of the Theme and WooCommerce, Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue.
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

Hello, already fixed it. - Don’t know if it’s only an issue with Elementor or if people with other Page Builders might face the same problem.
For people who have the same problem which are using the “Header builder in Porto Templates builder” with Elementor.
Go to Porto > Templates Builder > “Choose your Header” / “Footer” whatever is missing and open it with Elementor. At the Bottom left click on the green up arrow (save) > Display Conditions then delete / re-enter your Display Conditions.

Yes, you can, you have to create those Processor, RAM as an attributes of the product, and then assign those attributes to your products, after that edit your home page and edit the element and set those attrbutes filter in it as per your requirements.

Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.
These products cannot be specified in the admin but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.

I can deactivate the theme, because not activated . I install a new wordpress theme, I deactivated the Porto, after this I reactivate again, I inserted the Item Purchase Code, but the error is the same “Your ip address is blocked as spam!!!”

There is no such error, this issue occurs when you tried to activate the Theme on multiple sites/Ip’s or domains which is against Envato policy, and that makes your IP SPAM, so we have to check/verify and whitelist your IP again.
If you are not willing to share the Login info then follow the steps I already listed above.
“Please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the Theme from there and then again try to activate the Theme with the same purchase code and let me know the result”

There is an issue with the theme that shows post dates when indexed by google. Is there an option to remove these? Or can you direct me to the file that this is placed in so that I can remove it? Even with plugins and css your theme seems to bypass all of this. No more dates please.

And try to disable “Microdata Rich Snippets” option from Theme Options >> Page as showing below:
Other then those we do not have any option for this in our Theme, you can try with any third party plugin like Yoast SEO or any other which better meets your requirements.

Hi, I am very close to finishing my website however I cannot find the option to disable showing the product variations on the catalogue pages (shop page, category page, homepage). On these pages I just want the product image and product title to show, however currently it is displaying all the variations which look messy and they are not needed since quick shop is disabled. Please urgently advise how to do this. I still want to maintain the product variation options on the main product pages.

I can see on your site Home, Shop, and Category pages, the product variations are not showing, I think you have managed to sort it out by yourself

And you can simply turn the variations to Show/Hide on Shop/Home/Category pages from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archive as showing below as per your requirements.
