This request shouldn’t be closed. I need you guys to update the theme for me. Something is causing issues with editing the widget area, making new posts, and sometimes using the slider.
I suspect because it’s not updated to version 1.5 as someone from your team said. I’m not technical..there’s no way i can do that.
I need site fix today..as tomorrow theres an important launch.
Can someone please update my website to the latest version for me. So many things seem broken.. adding posts, widgets etc…

How do i change the copyright notice date info in the footer?

You can change it from Appearance > Widgets > Footer Widget area and change the text within the corresponding widgets.

I actually found that area before and changed the url and date to 2024. However, it doesn’t update at all on the website. it still says 2022. It has to be the area because above it i see the privacy policy and an image which is also on the footer. But for some reason that text area isn’t updating on the front end?
How can i troubleshoot this?

This is the website url. you’ll see the footer says: copyright with 2022. It should say 2024. i saw widgets with the privacy policy and image for the footer but the third area with copyright won’t update on front end.

Is there an earlier version of the theme? I think you guys update has this issue. Please fix it for me. Because uploading a simple picture shouldn’t cause such a problem. I had a expert look into it and they pointed out that specific problem is with your theme. Thanks for the help.

the structure based on Divi cannnot be used properly here in the back-office, we had to release the website by the end of december 2020 but as we got slow response time from the support, we could not keep building the website fast enough. We even opened 2 tickets at a time to get an answer faster and are quite disappointed as the theme looked promising. Now we reached the support to see how we could get a refund, and it seems that this is the place to go.

Thanks for writing in! You do have 2 places where the logo can be uploaded, one is within our Roslyn Options > Logo, the Global options and the other one is the Page settings. If a logo has been uploaded on the page it will overwrite the Global options. So please check your page options as well.

thank you for your reply. Sorry but, theme support is charged and your answers are incorrect.
The logo cannot be changed on the page when the theme is installed because that option is deprecated (Customizing >Site Identity>(logo change not existing)), at least in my case. And through the menu of the theme, the logo is loaded in various sizes for; black background (white logo), for white background (black logo), for mobile version and more. The logo still does not load on the PC version. Most of your themes have the same problem. And finally, I will probably fix the problem myself, because you will not be of any use.

There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site´s performance. We always give advises to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed. Google also offers PageSpeed Insights for detailed performance testing, though some people from the programming community say that this tool is not as accurate when it comes to analyzing and assessing website performance.
