—> Wire from theme does not apply to instant. So yes, you should use woo + wire from them if you wish this option.

Hi Adam, Thank you for the message. We do not do have transparent option for mobile. As the elements are positioned as order to display on mobile, the mobile header cannot be places as transparent, but will add the suggestion to wishlist.

hello as i use only woocommerce so when a renter pay deposit with Stripe the system sends out two confirmations:

Hello Gary, We do not have monthly selection in the calendar. What we have is that price by day can be set by day, but you can choose a different price by day for bookings over 30 days.

However, we do not have a way to select by hour or day from the same calendar either, so I am afraid what you wish is not possible

Yes, you can force min 7 days and you can force check-in to start on Saturday too (if that is part of the actual booking you wish to do)

We have min days option and turn-over day of the week for check-in OR turn-over day of the week for check-in and check-out (meaning you can force users to check-in and check-out on the same day of the week you select)

While adding a new listing, at the last step( Calendar), after I push “save”, an warning appears as “Changes are saved!”. That is ok up to here. However, page does not change automatically. I want it to be automatically direct to another page after I push Save, such as “my listings” page or homepage. How can I do it?

Is it possible to remove the “Calender” option from Add New Listing? Is there any option to remove it? If not, Is there any CSS Code to hide it?

If, both is not possible, can we put a box which enables to advertizer (person who adds list) to add new listing regardless of specifying date?

Helo Yiğit, The calendar is used to add manual bookings or ical. If you delete that, an important part of the booking management will not be available.

I am not sure why you wish to remove it. Submission of a property and the calendar are not related. They are independent.

User can add a listing regardless of when he adds it. The add listing depends on other things (like if you enabled membership with a limited number of listings). I can offer a css to hide the calendar but please confirm if you want just the calendar https://prnt.sc/11oll9z as I understood. if you wish the entire sections – you need to change through code.

When I add a new Listing, how do I change the Amenities Section? Now it is empty, there is nothing. I try to add new things/properties from “Listing – Features & Amenities”, however nothing appeared in the Amenities section. How can I modify the Amenities seciton in the Add New Listing part?

Hi,

I add “City” and “Neighbourhood/Area” from the “Listing” option. At the “Neighbourhood/Area” section, I also choose the “Which city has this area” of the Neighbourhood/Area to define the which neighbourhood or district belong to which City.

However, when I try to add new listing and choose the City from Listing location, the Neighbourhood / Area dropdown does not change automatically. That is to say, even I choose a city while I am adding a new listing, I could choose a wrong “Neighbourhood/Area” which is not a district of the chosen city. So, choosing “Which city has this area” from the Listing option is meaningless. Besides, it inhibits to have different cities.

How can I solve this problem?

Hi Yiğit, Thank you for the message. City -> Area are not dependent. This option was added for clients with 1 city who asked to have this option as an easier way to limit submit.

If you have multiple cities, I recommend to use one of the other 2 options available

1. Input with manual typing 2. Auto-complete for city and manual input for area

Quick question! I am wanting to build a booking site almost exactly like Airbnb or VRBO. Except it is more of a niche booking site. So looking at probably a few hundred to a few thousand listings, all from different owners. I would like the whole process to take place through us, just like airbnb. I don’t want membership packages or anything. I just want people to be able to book a place, which we will charge a percentage of the total. Once the host OKs the booking, the payment gets sent through to us. We can then pay out the host, minus a hosting fee. Is that possible using wprentals?

Thanks for the information. That was what I was hoping for. I want to be able to collect all the money as the website admin. One more question regarding fees. I see I can add service fee. So is this a basic service fee that is just deducted from the total booking? Is there an option to have a service fee of like 5% that is charged to the person booking the place and then charge the property owner 3% of the total booking as a fee? Essentially two fees, one for the renter and one to the owner.

Hello fitlivinglifestyle, Thank you for the message. I understand, but this 2nd fee does not exist in the theme. We have 1 service fee, which deducts from total and is paid by user who wants to rent to site admin.
