hello, really good theme. I want to give you five stars but I need help one last time. I found a glitch in megamenu. I searched on your support site and in the comments here, but could not find the solution.submenu it’s too fast when I hover menu it’s alway dissapear quickly. if you tell me the item name so I can fix it with css. I can’t find the from item inspector because also it disappears so fast. how can I solve this?

Currently, we don’t have an option to control this thing. You will need to do some changes to the JS file to modify the animation speed.
For a hint, you need to edit this file ”/jnews/assets/js/main.js” then find “window.jnews.menu” function. It also depen on what kind of option that you use on your website.

Hello. I am having the same problem another user who posted here had a couple of years ago, but the resolution was not posted.
On my multisite installation, a JNews user avatar will only appear on the first site. If you upload an avatar to a subsite using JNews, it does not show. Even Gravatar user images don’t show.
I have another multisite installation using JNews on a subside, and I don’t have this problem, so I don’t know what is causing it.
I renewed my support, but I am not able to post in the forums, so I am posting here. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Can you send me your site URL? I will check it further. Also, please try to disable all plugins except the required plugin that related to JNews for a while, then check if the problem still persists or not.

Thank you for the information! Clicking the Refresh Purchase License button on the the page from the provided link now allows me to post in the forums. Disabling all of the plugins, except for the required JNews plugin did not solve the problem, though. I am including the url to my site below. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
The JNews site where the avatar works without any problems is the videonet subsite. The user avatars won’t work on any other Jnews subsite created.

Hello. I had started a test site but it was behind a coming soon page. I have removed the coming soon page and the link to the site with the JNews Theme where the avatars don’t work is below. It doesn’t have any content except the hello world post. The hello world post should have an avatar by the author, but it is blank.

Hi, I´ve got some presales questions, the way our magazine currently works is that you purchase a subscription for each bimestral number you want and you get an username and password to access the number you purchased in a flipbook format. Can this be done in your theme? How will it work? Are there any compatible flipbooks plugins you recomend to use with your theme?
Currently we are using yoast for the seo, how different or better is the seo used in the theme? One of our main concerns is speed and better use of server resources.
We are using Blog2social to autopost to our social networks is this plugin compatible or do you suggest another option?
Lastly we use WP Fastest Cache for cache, minifying and image optimization, same issue is it compatible with your theme or do you suggest another?.

1. Currently we have a paywall feature which is a content restriction that users can purchase via subscription method or only unlock a certain number of posts. I don’t know much about the flipbooks plugin. Can you send me an example of which plugin that you usually use?
2. JNews compatible with the Yoast SEO plugin, if you were already familiar with that plugin, you can use it.
About page speed, it will depend on many factors. But we always try to improve JNews to have better page speed performance. Also, currently, our team still working on page speed optimization for the next theme update.
3. As long the plugin works with a standard WordPress theme, it will work with JNews.
4. You can use that plugin, some of our clients also using this plugin on their website and as far we don’t get any issue.

1. PowerPress is an optional plugin. You can use this plugin as a podcast importer.
2. Actually both demo is same, we create this demo to show the podcast feature. But on the podcast demo, you can find the paywall feature activated.
