Hi is there a reason why the footer is not visible although I configured some text for it via the options? I see in a recent update changelog you say hide footer in main slider, is that the reason? I’d like the footer to be always visible, with or without the forthcoming events tab, and also if possible to add a link to it. How can I do that? Thanks!

problem is I typed here as your ticket system says to ask here if support is expired (and I bought your theme two years ago). I tried sending ticket with my purchase code but it doesn’t allow me as support is expired. I understand if you can’t help, no problem. I don’t agree with TF policy of support, so I’m not going to re-pay, but I understand your point of view 
I’ll try figuring out something myself making a child theme and modifying some stuff.
As a further update, some custom CSS was blocking it, so removing that solved part of the problem. Now it shows on all pages but not on homepage, where I have the ‘fullscreeen’ slider, but would be good to be able to show as well the footer.

Thanks for your prompt response. As I see, you don’t have a footer widgets area defined, so I assume that you are talking about the copyright bar, is that correct?
Correct, the copyright bar that I see in “About” page for example, would be nice to see it as well in the homepage (or any page really).
Indeed, for this page template the copyright bar is hidden, because of the functionality that automatically pulls the next events under the slider. This kind of page is meant to be full screen and the presence of the copyright area will activate the scrollbar. But you can achieve a similar layout for your home page using Slider Revolution in combination with WPBakery and the empty page template that we’ve created to be used with WPBakery. Simply create a new page based on this template, add the Slider Revolution object to it and save it. The copyright bar will be shown automatically. Please check that and let me know how it works.
I can create the new page with empty template, but after that without more specific instructions is quite hard to understand how to do what you say without having to re-do most of the homepage (what do you mean by “slider revolution object”? If I add silder revolution it’s an empty slide, and the slide I have contains only the background image and the video link how do I configure as well the top menu and the socials on bottom?). And Rev Slider keeps asking for registration (that I’m ignoring for now). If you have specific links into your docs explaining all the steps I should take then I’ll happily attempt that. Otherwise without instructions for me would be easier to create a child theme and modify the functions.php and some CSS so it does what I need.
Hi, first you need to create your slider inside Slider Revolution plugin. The existing slider is created with the built in theme functionality. You need to make a clone using Slider Revolution. Then edit the new page that you’ve created in WPBakery back end editor. Add a slider revolution object and select the slider that you created before. Save the page and that should be all. Let me know if something isnot clear.
Regarding the license message you get from Slider Revolution: Since you are an indirect purchaser of the premium plugin, you cannot receive and license key for the plugin itself. These are the rules on Envato, it is not something that we can change.
But you have the full rights to use the premium plugins included in the theme package (we’ve already paid extended plugins licenses to be able to distribute them for free to our customers) and you can update the premium plugins with the theme. Each new theme version comes with an upgraded version of WPBakery and Slider Revolution.
I’m afraid but still no luck, as I said before would be great to have an updated documentation with details about these topics. I create a new page, but there are more than a dozens of templates within Jamsession: what’s the exact name of the template you say I should use? After that, you say I should “clone” the slide in Revolution Slider, but there’s nothing to clone inside Slider Revolution. The slide used in homepage is under “Slides” on the left general menu of WP outside of Slider Revolution, if I open Slider Revolution there are no slides. So could you be more precise please about the steps to do?

Hi, I have checked both URLs (videos2 and music-news..) and the items are loaded fine on my tests (Chrome browser, Windows OS). The existing functionality paints the layout after each window resize, but this also happens on page load. I really need to reproduce this to be able to fix it.

Sadly we have the same experience as JohnIvey. The general list pages (like the webshop) in your template does not display the content on Firefox, Chrome or Edge, but displays on OSX Safari. If I resize the browser window the content appears instantly. I tried to turn off all plugins, but made no difference. Please debug this error.

Hi Zoltan! I have checked your website in Chrome browser, the Shop page seems to load slower than normal, but this might be caused by the big number of products that are displayed. The product category pages or discography loaded normal in my test. Did you notice the same behavior? Also, if you decrease the number of products shown on Shop page and enable pagination, do you notice the same behavior?

Hi, I have tested in Firefox, both Discography and Shop pages loaded fine and they seem to load faster in Firefox compared to Chrome browser.

Dear Author Please update the WPBakery to 6.5 my site is crashing since the last update. This plugin came bundled in the theme and can only be updated by the author. I just get a new update for the theme and the video gallery stopped working, it’s the second time it happens with an update and I just get out of support so I can’t open a ticket but it was not suppose to be happening, can you help me? I’m trying to decide which of your themes to buy. 1) Is it possible to have the menu scroll along with the page and not remain fixed at the top of the screen? 2) Can I add social media icons/links on the menu bar like with some of your other themes? 3) Are different audio player interfaces available? Yes, you can use the theme options and decide if you want to have a fixed/sticky menu or not. 2. Yes, you can add embedded external players on the album post. Also, embedded code (like SoundCloud) can be added anywhere on the theme. The built in music player that you can see on front page is dedicated to your own hosted music files. Also, in Slide theme, we are offering a great and flexible music player that allows you to link each song with external locations (AppleMusic, SoundCloud etc) You can see this player in this demo: https://slide.smartwpress.com/demo1/ 4. The background for Contact section is a video that is set as background for the section. You can change it and add your own visually, by editing your page with WPBakery Front Editor. Hi! I was thinking of buying this theme for my website. I work with photography and lota of videos and I kind of like how this seems to work. But I first need to know if I can create sub galleries on the albums and add more than one video on the same project, also as a video gallery. So you can imagine what I mean, for example I made the album ‘trips’ and then inside I want to add my trip to USA, UK, and others. Is it possible? Also on the video portfolio, can I add the gallery ‘music videos ’ and inside several videos from different bands?

You can also add the video categories directly to the menu. Is not clear for me if you need to add multiple video to a single video post. Please let me know.

You can already add different media to a post content, no matter what is the post type. Also, you can add multiple videos to a single post, both embedded or from your server. Let me know if something is not clear.

WPBakery Page Builder won’t let me update. It’s says Incorrect license key.

The update still will not work for me. I went to Install Jam Session Plugins and updated the plugin, but it says “Incorrect license key.”
