So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

first, thank you for your quick answer! We found the problem with 30% fails of loadings of the site on any browsers and 100% fails on IE. The reason was using of the option “load overlay”. Our hosting help us with the speed by migrating our site to higher PHP version (PHP 7.4) and FPM I think your tests was on disabled overlay option and after we speed up the site. Now everything seems to be ok. If we have any other needs of support we will buy a support. Thank you again for your help. Your theme is great after all and don’t get us wrong we are unhappy. We just write you to give as directions of resolving the loads fails.

You have to edit your home page and scroll below, you will find “view options” and under view options, you will find the “banner type” option has been selected as Revolution Slider, and the Slider under it, so it means that particular section is coming from Slider Revolution.

You have to go to Slider Revolution and edit the particular slider and change anything from there as per your requirements.

I am talking about image swatches.

That’s a bug in your theme. If you select images it’s not working at all. Also image swatches don’t show tooltip. We need to show the tool tip so customer know what’s it’s about.

Please go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and Install and Activate the plugin from there, I am sure it will work for you and if not then please extract the porto.zip theme file into your computer and go to porto/inc/plugins and you will find the porto-functionality.zip file there, that is the plugin file, you can upload it manually from WP-Dashboard >> Plugins as well.
