Hello! I’m thinking about buying this theme but have a question about the icons and images. I see they are not included and should be purchased separately.
How can I do that? Is there a way to get exactly the same images and icons?
Could you provide me with a link of where to buy them? I’d like to see how much they’d cost in addition to the theme price.

The majority of images that are used on the live demo are purchased from Shutterstock, and there’s an option to upload images and to get search results for it. For more info about images, see this article.

Hello! Thank you for your reply. I tried searching the images (specifically the black and red icons) but no match is found. Were they part of a icon kit with multiple icons on the same image that were cropped later? Do you have a link to the image/artist page?

Your theme is full of bugs. Impossible to import demo without error. Your support asks me to modify Wordress Importer official plugin. What a joke ! I want a refund please.

These maps are added as images as you can see in the screenshot, however they are also available as individual images (see screenshot).
When it comes to design files, once you purchase the theme all you should do is send in a ticket explaining which design file you require, and our agents will be happy to assist you if said PSDs or XDs are available.

Hello! I would like to know if Backpack Traveler Social Icon is compatible with wordpress block style widget. Because this error is displayed and my site’s social icon is not anymore there: The “mkdf_instagram_widget” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. WPbakery builder backend editor is no longer working with the theme – please provide guidance

As it is a bit hard to tell from here and once we test our theme it works perfectly fine you could try to navigate to WPBakery > General Settings > Disable Gutenberg.

Hi! Nice theme! I would like to disable comments for the destination post type only. To do that, I’d edit the two php templates under backpacktraveler-core -> post-types -> destination -> templates -> single. Is there a way I can have those editable in the child theme? My concern is that my changes will be overriden on plugin update.

Unfortunately, you can’t override plugin files in the child theme. It would be best to keep a backup of your edited files, because they will get overwritten with every plugin update.

Hi, I would like to buy this template for a client of mine but I need some information: – is the slider revolution plugin included (in bundle)? – is the wpbakery plugin included (in bundle)? – is WordPress 5.7 compatible? – is it compatible with a php 7.4 server version? – is it compatible with a database version 5.7? this information is necessary and important for us as our server hosting is configured in this way and if your template is not updated to be usable with these requirements it is not good. this answer makes me understand that you have not read me at all. I received an email from you as usual to download the theme update. The theme is not updated, you have uploaded the previous version of the theme to the platform, therefore 2.2.2. and not 2.3.
