Indeed I received this theme from envato as a free file. I was just wondering how I can fix the problem I have with the menu! otherwise I can’t use it. In the menu that appears in the “mobile” version, the menu items are not seen, only the sub-items are seen. Would you give me a hand please?

I downloaded this theme for May’s free file of the month, and I’m having an issue with wpbakery page builder. The below error occurred and wpbakery page builder is not working.
Elements within this list are deprecated and are no longer supported in newer version of wpbakery page builder.
I believe the theme needs to be updated which is compatible to version of WPBakery Page Builder. Please let me know how to update theme.

hi, i too am trying to install the demo content. I’ve gone as far as uploading the content.xml file but when i click on Submit to Import Attachments, I get a 500 Internal Server Error error. Please advise.

Because the adjustments of your hosting does not meet the necessary requirements to allow importing the content, there is simply not enough space.
Make sure the PHP requirements are enough for our theme: post_max_size = 125MB; upload_max_size = 125MB; memory_limit = 256MB;

The responsiveness of each slider can be modified from the Slider Revolution Settings panel.

Hello, There is problem with the footer menu. When i add the menu to footer it replace the menu from header and start showing footer menu in header. This theme has two menu options, whatever menu I set it goes to the header only. How to fix this problem?

As I can see In the Appearances > Menus, this theme supports two Menus and has Three option in Menu Setting 1) Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu 2)Primary menu 3) Footer Menu My question was regarding this footer menu. It is not working, As I said earliar.
Yeah I can set the footer using the above method, But Why footer menu is not working in the Appearances > Menus ?
Because the theme was not designed to accept a footer menu through Appearances, those Footer Rows are populated with widgets only and was normal to go with a widget navigation menu as well.

I thought my issue was a glitch since I’ve never had this problem with a theme from you before, but looking at the other comments, I’m not so sure anymore.
The Konsulting theme froze and wouldn’t load at all for me. Tools—Import isn’t working either. Please advise.

Make sure the PHP requirements are set correctly in order for the upload to be done completely in one go. You can start with post_max_size and upload_max_filesize to be set to at least 125MB and max_execution_time to have the time doubled.
