Compré el tema WordPress para WooCommerce denominado PORTO en un sitio denominado PLUGIN THEME (www.plugintheme.net) He comprobado que dichos vendedores no ofrecen ningún tipo de soporte y tampoco me han proporcionado código de compra para activar dicho tema. Además, tengo algunos problemas técnicos para administrar el tema, pues no he podido cambiar algunas imágenes de mi página de inicio. La única vía de comunicación que ponen a disposición del comprador es el formulario de contacto de dicho sitio web. Sin embargo, no dan respuesta pues hace dos semanas les escribí a través de dicho medio pero hasta el día de hoy no han respondido. Al respecto, deseo conocer información sobre los siguientes interrogantes:
1.- PLUGIN THEME (www.plugintheme.net) son distribuidores o vendedores autorizados por ustedes para comercializar sus productos? 2.- Lo hacen de manera legal? 3.- En caso afirmativo, porque razón no ofrecen un buen servicio al cliente tal como: soporte, buena comunicación con los compradores, respuesta oportuna a sus inquietudes, etc. 4.- En caso negativo, ustedes responderían por la garantía de los temas y complementos de ustedes y ofrecerían en soporte que ellos no proporcionan? 5.- Cómo hago para resolver las dudas técnicas que tengo con respecto a dicho tema?

1. No sorry to say that but there is no such under construction landing page option in our Theme, for now, so you can try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.
2. Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Menu and set Main Menu Type as “Popup” and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

1. You have to use Custom CSS in order to change the 3 lines bigger and bolder and also for Menu Color as well. Please share the screenshot of the issue and also your Live site URL so that I’ll check and help you out in solving your issue.

the first two are required.
If I fill out and click Submit, it tells me they are required.
If I enter them and click Submit again, it doesn’t work, just keep telling me they are required.
On a theme like “twentytwenty” everything works.

Hey Porto, nice theme! Found an issue you have while modding the theme, please pass it on to your developers. If you look on the https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop4/shop/ , you will see that the hover image (i.e. on the first product it is https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop4/wp-content/uploads/sites/79/2018/04/product-21-300x300.jpg) is not being lazy loaded, just the main image is being lazy loaded. So if you look at the order that the items get loaded, you’ll see that actually the hover image gets loaded first, and the main image gets lazy loaded afterwards from the data-oi.
Hello P Themes, I have provided you with the link of your live demo site which has the issue. If you will check the source code for https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop4/shop/ you will see that the hover image is not being lazy loaded. (i.e. hover image for the 1st product is https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop4/wp-content/uploads/sites/79/2018/04/product-21-300x300.jpg)) So again, only the main product images on the https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop4/shop/ page are being lazy loaded. The hover images are not being lazy loaded. If you pass this over to your developers, they will certainly understand the issue, if they want to.
you can also ask them to check the waterfall and they will see that https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop4/wp-content/uploads/sites/79/2018/04/product-21-300x300.jpg is the first product picture that gets loaded.

When a client tries to logout from their account, it gives a WordPress critical error. We have checked the PHP error log and it says: PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare print_porto_social_login() (previously declared in /home/xxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/porto/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php:37) in /home/xxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/porto/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php on line 36
We have detected that in that form-login.php file, if we comment the lines 36 to 59 (regarding login by social accounts) the error doesn’t happen. How can we deactivate completely that option so the error doesn’t happen again? We are not interested in login by social accounts, and our worry is that with the next theme update the error will happen again.

Regarding with new license purchase and update the Theme on an old version of the Theme, so please note that if you are using the very old version of the Theme, and we have changed the design of the Theme a bit and also many of the features/options have been added and removed in between updates of the Theme which you have missed, so those changes will not be possible to revert back again without customization, you can check the Theme changelog here: https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/9207399#item-description__change_logs and if you think there is not the major change in those updates then you can go with the update and it will not harm your site.

Yes, I know that, but I want to install it in the same domain but with a subdomain so I can make the test. it is clearly written in the given article that: “One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).”
Whether it will be the subdomain or multisite, it does not matter, one license for one IP/OneDomain/OneSite only.
For sub-domains, you have to purchase more licenses and this is Envato policy, you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Hi I have a client that is using the Porto theme its version 5.2.2 and is running very slow, cart icon spinning constantly which I think is affecting the slowness , I tried to update the theme and I get a message to say Update failed: This code was already used in another domain. When I check the Theme license is states Congratulations! Your product is registered now with a green tick and all seems well, do I need to get the owner of other domain to deactivate their side? Also if I were to purchase a new porto theme here and upload to the site and activate will it overwrite the build/changes that have already been made? I know this is a lot. TIA. Tom

Hi that was done through a previous developer. I am now taking charge of it. I have the login in details I can provide, except for purchase code pdf which seems to be been purchased by last developer. On the theme side, I know it will overide the the old files but with it effect the look and feel/structure of the site is what I am asking? Hello, I have huge problems on my site using the Porto theme. I put back the old version of the theme but the problem is the same. The backend crashes all the time. The site is very slow. The theme uses 700MB of memory!
Normal theme (another theme): about 160 MB of memory used Porto theme: 871.49 MB of memory used!!!
What can I do?

Sorry to say that but this is not our Theme issue, This might be any other third party plugin or your server issue or WP core files issue, I am using the same Theme on my test site and all the other customers are using the same Theme as well but did not report such issue, so try to check the latest Theme on any other server on a fresh new WP, or purchase the support extension and contact us via our support system so that our experts will check it for you on your site.

I lost 4 full days that I will not be able to bill to my client. For me this is a big loss. I have reinstalled completely several times and still have the same problem. There is really a problem with the theme, with another theme this problem does not appear. It may be related to the use of WooCommerce and WPML, but it is from the theme. What I could see after a long research: - sometimes the changes made in a page or a product are not taken into account. The memory allocation increases with each of these changes and does not come down. In the database, in wp-options, porto-settings increases in size each time. It’s redux-backup that fills up and takes a huge size…

Does the portfolio support multiple featured images or is the feature currently broken?
In the documentation it reads: “Step 6 – For a slideshow, insert more than one Featured Image, each image will be a slide in the slideshow. You can add more featured images and change the Slideshow Type option in Portfolio Options.”
However, I cannot select more than 1 featured images. Neither on the post’s featured image section (usual wp featured images), nor via the “Portfolio Options -> Attach Image” button.

Hello @PT-Support2, Thank you! I installed and activated the plugin and it seems to work. I had to disable and activate again since the first time it was breaking the templated header layouts.
I have purchased the theme multiple time and I plan on purchasing again. But I am testing in a dev environment for the aforementioned feature to make sure it will work as expected.
