1. Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Menu and turn ON the Login/Register from there as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/8JC69gF3 and then go to Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce and set Login Style as “Lightbox” as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/p9Wh5MBT

2. No Sorry to say that but this is not possible, the Login and Register options will pop up in a single and same popup and the user has to click on Login and Register buttons separately in a popup, this is the default functionality of the Theme.

And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 04/12/2019. According to Envato’s support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Thanks for support. But I request to once review the user registration and login type in the theme in coming updates. For now I’ll use only my account page. I believe it’s a small improvement for great theme such as Porto.

For reference you can try similar way as theme Rehub theme is doing.

Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering adding it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

on categories pages there is an empty space before the products, maybe I am missing an image there? or need to disable someting? a banner or something.

This is because you have added the product categories images as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/D8rtj9qn you have to edit the particular product categories and remove those images or copy and pastet the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

Yes, you can achieve it by using a simple trick.

You have to create an attribute as “gear” under WP-Dashboard >> Products >> Attributes, and then assign that “gear” attribute to your products, now you have to go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Woo Category Sidebar and use Filter Product by Attribute widget under it and set it for “gear” attribute, it will work for you, but please note that the particular widget will only work on Shop/Category pages, because this is the default functionality of the Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin.

You can try with any third party plugin for an appointment system which better meets your requirements, by default there is no such option in our Theme for it.

Hello, our shop is not showing up in Firefox. It loads and loads and loads. All updates are done. Chrome, Internet Explorer work perfectly.

If I deactivate all plugins for testing, the problem persists. If I deactivate the theme, then the page works again in Firefox.

I’ve seen various problems with Firefox in the comments here… so it doesn’t seem to be an isolated case with Firefox. Will the problem still be fixed?

site stop doing the slide left showing products in cart. when you clicked on the cart top right an slide sidebar scroll to the left showing what is in the cart… maybe I disable somehow? but in mobile it is showing but not on desktop and we need strongly need it. please help me find where tht option is. Our theme is based on WooCommerce for store functionality and by default, WooCommerce does not provide the functionality to add/remove the elements on my account page except some Custom Code snippets and you will find thousands of Custom Code Snippets on Google.

Sorry to say that but the first part is not possible and requires Customization “I want to show them a form for them to fill out from my account page.”

Yes, the Second part is possible using Custom CSS easily, if you will purchase the Theme, then you have to contact us via our support system and we will provide you the Custom CSS code for it. “I would like to remove the downloads and orders”

It’s the h2 product title text – changing h2 in the Porto theme doesn’t change the color of this text.

Hi, For some reasons(?) we cannot create a support account and we send you the purchase code also directly! So, our problem is with woocommerce product filters, that we cannot find one working well with porto! One of the main functionality of them is the ajax refresh of the page, but there are many problems with porto, but no with another theme!!!

Have the same issue with this blocked ip nonsense! Can’t update theme!

And of course I have to use the theme in two different servers, because it is never 100% safe to make all Wordpress and its plugins updates in the server, where the actual live webshop is situated. Can’t afford to mess something up for customers, so I have to test the updates before in the different server. So it is kind of disturbing, when you block IP just like that every time I need to test my e-shop before going live with updates in the right server.
