We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

2. Middle Header Row.
3. Bottom Header Row.
And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.
You can see on your site, The Main Menu is in Bottom Header Row that is the reason the Bottom Header part is becoming sticky on your site: https://ibb.co/1njkSXB
If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.
This is how it works and it is the default functionality of the Theme.
I just asked if Middle and bottom header row could be both sticky or if there is a code workaround !?

Ever since a recent update (ver 6.0.7) with the theme, Contact Form 7 no longer sends. It seems there’s a conflict with one of the theme’s Javascript files. BIG problem for my client.

I’m not asking for support, I’m letting you know of a bug/glitch in your theme with one of the most widely-used plugins. I did roll it back to a previous version (5.3.2) and that appears to have fixed it.

I’ve setup tens of wordpress installations, I’ve never seen a theme where it is impossible to figure out where I can paste Google Analytics code. You say in head.php file, I tried, does not work. You say in Theme Options > General > Custom JS Code, there’s not such a option in my website admin. Please explain wher and how to do this such basic task!

Hi, sorry for the delay, URL is: https://brandsdirect.ie If you open a single product it only shows 1 main image, the product admin has 1 main image and 3 more images in the image gallery. I can give you access to the admin area if required.

Hi, just did a quick move over to default theme and it works fine, so something in your theme does it, I also tried to disable plugins and its none of them. The only thing I can think of that is different is that all images are “image gallery by url” perhaps that is not working with your theme?

Hi! How can I cancel my purchase? The reason is I’m not satisfied with the speed load of the theme (all pics on my website are small and I use only necessary plugins recommended by your company and woocomerce) and google speed test shows 7 out of 100. Also after I deactivated and activated plugins, without changing/uploading/deleting anything, my site totally broken now, and I have to start from scratch.

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the Product SubTitle for WooCommerce plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.
You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making them compatible with the Theme for you.
Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making them compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team at ptheme.customize@gmail.com for paid Customization services.

I see in one of the commerce demos you have the “shop this look” feature where you can hover over an image and see product details. Is this one of the elements from the PORTO Gallery? I’d like that feature but in a different demo version.
Hi! I love Porto Theme! I have a quick question maybe you or someone can helpme.
I use a “block” to add an extra global tab on product page like “ask about this product” with a contact form 7.
It works just fine on older version, but on the last version, when I click on “Send” button, the page reload, I want ajax submitting and validation like before.
I tried another plugin like wpforms and works just fine with ajax validation and sumitting, so there is a conflict between blocks and contact form 7 I think.
Anyone knows whats happen?
