Hello. My support is Expired but please help me with this and I am sure others face the same issue with Location Search for a Business Listing. For example: 1) https://www.smyleee.com/location/karama/ : Karama is a location created under Parent Location Dubai. And in this Location there is a Clinic “Dental Lounge”. 2) This listing https://www.smyleee.com/the-dental-lounge-llc/ coordinate ( LAT , LONG ) is in “Al Karama – Dubai – United Arab Emirates”. 3) If I search listings in “Al Karama – Dubai – United Arab Emirates” it does not show this listing https://www.smyleee.com/the-dental-lounge-llc. 4) This is the URL https://www.smyleee.com/?select=&lp_s_loc=Al+Karama+-+Dubai+-+United+Arab+Emirates&lp_s_tag=&lp_s_cat=&s=home&post_type=listing 5) This listing shows up only if I go to https://www.smyleee.com/location/karama/
Is this how location search work in Listing Pro ? Will it not show listings based on a particular LAT,LONG ? Like user search Al Karama, and all listings in and around this location must display with Km reading as well in the search listings.

Again your reply is just a generic one and is not about what I asked for. You have a nice theme but we expect a better support. Please read the matter again properly and then reply. Take your time no problem.
I am sorry but ever since I bought this Theme I am having issues running it properly. We cannot afford to renew support for something which does not work out of the box. For example we have deleted all ads from the Admin Panel. But https://www.smyleee.com/location/san-francisco/ still shows AD. Where does it come from we cant still figure it out ? Before deleting the AD we changed the AD to another listing but the AD was still showing for the old Listing as shown in the URL. Its buggy and in last 2 years all I am doing is struggling with this Theme.

1. Yes, it’s compatible with Stripe but there’s no option to accept payments from customers.
ListingPro is a Directory solution and not an e-commerce solution.
You cannot sell physical or digital products out-of-the-box, but you as an ADMIN can use any WordPress e-commerce extension that supports shortcodes and manually insert shortcodes on any page, individual listings (description box) or use widgets to show in the sidebar.
Listing owners can only showcase their products or services with the Menu management system. They can link it to an external page where they can sell the items but the transactions between the end users (visitor) and the business listing owner will not take place on the website.

Hi I have recently purchased the Listingpro Theme and have the following problems.
1. Do active Google Map Api required for google autobot for listing.
2. Even after entering MapBox Api the maps do not load on Home page banner, listing category or individual listing.
3. Open Map is also not loading.
4. while on mobile word “Leaflet” appears on map.
5. Support is not being logged in using envato login credentials so posted here.
