I sent a message through the contact form several days ago but have not received a response yet. Your helpdesk tells me that I cannot post a question there because I do not have an active support license.

This is not a “support” request for the theme. I am a developer who is capable of modifying the theme’s functionality myself. The issue is that I discovered you don’t include the original, unminified JS in the theme.

This is the first theme I’ve purchased here that doesn’t include the original source code for the theme’s JS. When a theme listing page says that “JS Files” are included, I think it’s reasonable to expect that these are the original files, not minified derivatives.

Please let me know if you can address this issue. Thank you.

What do you mean by superadmin? You access admin dashboard by visiting your site.com/wp-admin

Admin can’t view individual user stats. You can integrate google analytics to your site for that purpose.

I understand as a customer you have your opinion and I respect that, however I can’t agree with something that is not correct and I will try to explain why.

First, there’s no “unnecessary javascript” at least not JS that we wrote, and there isn’t a “way to heavy use” of elementor. Elementor is what it is, you can’t integrate elementor in a “heavy way”. You can build heavy pages as a user of the theme but elementor is what it is, a tool which you can use to build something.

The (only) issue with google page speed test, is the mobile performance of this test which is unrealistic especially for a directory theme (test similar sites like airbnb or similar themes like listing pro which have worse results).

This test ignores the whole concept of “responsive websites” and demands a mobile website to be designed and optimized exclusively for mobile. This may be fine for some static business site with some text and 2 images, but not in this case.

The test is also not fair because it does not reflect accurately the speed of the website. Our demos for example load in sub 1 second testing with any other tool and accounting for latency (testing close to server location) https://tools.pingdom.com/#5e461a576fc00000

So a low mobile score on this test, means the arbitrary standards that some folks at google have decided are not being met. To solve that, the best results would bring a separate mobile only web app that is served to mobile users. This solves one issue and creates many others because it becomes very hard to maintain the website.

A website built with Wordpress, Elementor, which uses dynamic maps and loads some fonts and nothing else, not even a single image gets a ~50 mobile score. This is testing a blank page of a blank theme which is not MyListing. This means before we start writing a single line of code we are at a disadvantage.

That means you can remove the entire mylisting theme code, every line of code that we wrote, use a blank theme and you would still be in the red area of that test.

Based on the graph and what you said, you can remove different things that you don’t need.

- Woocommerce, it is a required plugin but if you are not selling anything or have any use for any of its features, delete the plugin either via FTP or cpanel file manager

- If you are not using maps, then you can dequeue the map scripts using this snippet

As for elementor, you can’t design pages without elementor, at least not the pages where theme widgets are used.

On top of this, of course caching/minification should bring some improvements to the score

Also, you can enable/disable different things based on the page using a plugin like Asset Cleanup

It’s not a personal issue. I have experienced it on your demo where a listing “Patriot Square” is showing on google map “CANT SEEM TO FIND THAT PLACE”... Your devs should look into it for the public as that is the basic essence of this theme…LOCATING PLACES OTHERWISE NOT ON GOOGLE MAPS
