I have several licenses for this theme, one of them has changed domain. now, i want to update the theme but i can’t activate the theme on my site, i say it was already used. how can you help me? what information do you need?

After installing latest version, the “Theme Layout” disappeared from the general tab in menu options0 but in HTML blocks it still says: Please check “Theme Layout” section to see blocks’ locations. Also the Top (executes at the top of the page) option for HTML blocks doesn’t work anymore. If i paste the block shortcode in banner, content top etc. it works, only in Top doesn’t work anymore.

Please make sure that you have the same setting as showing in the below given screenshot, the shipping option is provided by the WooCommerce and our Theme does not have any influence on it.

No, Sorry to say that but there is no such code to Customize the Archive page core files, you have to Customize the Theme code files for it.

right but not know why you have not added this basic option, if customer can remove item from cart in cart page, then why not in checkout. :)

That is the Custom Text and we have set it using Custom CSS, you have to edit your home page and then scroll below to the bottom and you will find Skin Options and under Skin Options, you will find Custom CSS section and you have to change or remove it from there as showing below as per your requirements.

You can change the padding from Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Breadcrumbs and you can change the height using Custom CSS easily, please share your site URL and the screenshot of the section so that I’ll check and help you out with Custom CSS.

I have client using your theme, we are facing issue. We have child theme active, and when we try to customize the site then few options hide them self right after few second. When i tried to inspect i can see they are set to display:none; for instance skin option is not visible and hide when css, but even i try to remove display:none; it is not working and i cannot customize skin option. I have to go to old panel to customize the skin. Is there any reason why these options are hiding ?

I am sorry but that might be any Customization conflict, there is no such issue with our Theme, for checking and debugging, please ask your client to contact us via our support system with his Theme purchased account, and with site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.

it look like it was translation issue on multi site caused this problem. I mean, profile language was different and site language was different which hided few options from customization. Matching both solved the issue

Sorry to say that but we have not tested the WCFM Multivendor plugin with our Theme officially till now, so we are unable to suggest you it, Porto WordPress is fully Compatible with Major multi-vendor plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors, and Yith WooCommerce Multi-Vendor plugins, and Dokan plugin is also included in the Theme package as well, so you can use it as per your requirements.

Hello, why does porto add a query string to the font? Eg. /wp-content/themes/porto/fonts/porto-font/porto.woff2?9562728 ?

This is problematic because I am trying to preload it and whenever there is a new version, it does not work anymore and my pagespeed is decreased.

That query string is necessary for Porto to run Porto fonts when the user disables google fonts or normally based only on Porto fonts. if you want to preload your fonts to speedup site then simply please follow the method of below the link to get some solution:
