Problem with syncing via ical: if I occupy the days the days on the calendar are regularly occupied on the site with wp-rental, if free the days on the site with wp-rental remain occupied. I tried to synchronize it with different Booking.com portals etc. but the problem is still the same. What can it depend on?
Hi alessiopizzolante, I do not understand the issue. You edit a booking on a 3rd party site – the ical does not update in wprentals? Maybe the theme cron that checks the ical feed is disabled from hosting end, you can check that first. i added wrong ical to a listing how do i remove it?
i solved it.
So the ical url was not there do delet so i had to add the same one again and save. then i could delete it

2. system send message to Listing Owner: Message from test1.test1 User test1.test1 cancelled his booking request
3. Owner user-dashboard: in My Bookings the booking is still there?

In general we have to re-test the exact steps to confirm any reported item. Here it is extremely difficult to give exact steps, but for you I put the tests here.
I cannot confirm the reported issue which I understand the booking is still in user dashboard.
I tested like this – booking not confirmed

As owner – the booking is removed from dashboard My Bookings
As admin the booking canceled and not confirmed is deleted too from admin -> bookings

it seem that i had some problems with cache even though i had cleared it every were on server and so on.. now i did i test and renter/user canceled booking and the booking was deleted for owner and in administrator.
But one place still is not deleted at the Woocommerce > Orders any ideas how to make that automatic also?
Hi, Thank you for the follow up. We use Woo Commerce with its original code. I assume there are plugins for WOO. I tried to look for an extension for woo commerce that deletes pending orders, but I did not find one. Ideally you should manage auto-delete with a plugin or with woo features (but woo does not have that by default at the moment, as I checked that too) I hope this helps, it is the best i could find. Pre-purchase question: Can we have the option of deposit OR full payment for each property? So they can choose to pay 10% deposit and pay balance later or pay in full at checkout?

We do not have deposit by listing.
As the admin you can ask for a deposit and a service fee (these can be the same value if you wish to take as a deposit just your service fee) in % or fixed value, and this value is deducted from the total booking. As the admin, you can choose if you wish to include in this deposit the cleaning and city fee or not. If you ask for a 100% deposit, the fees are automatically included.
The user will need to pay that deposit in order for the booking to be confirmed (even if the owner approves the booking request). The money goes to the admin. The difference will be paid by the user to owner outside the theme (we have the option to pay the remaining value in the theme, but the money goes still to admin, so if you don’t wish that to exist, we can show you how to hide with CSS).
At the moment payment to owner cannot be done in the theme. We’re not sure if in the future we will be able to extend this functionality. If you make a decision please consider only the existing features.

1. Am i able to create Membership packages? E.G.: -> Classic -> “Listing one vacation home” -> Premium -> ” Listing 10 vacation homes + 1 extra service” -> gold -> “listing unlimited vacation homes + 2 extra services”
extra services can be something individual like social media post or better listing
2. The Search Form from the header is only available for objects/accomodations created on the page itself right? Is it possible to create tabs like “direct booking” and “Booking.com” where custumers clicks and gets directly linked to Booking.com with all the dates he just entered?

—> WPRentals can be used for multi owners or single (specific owners). If you allow it as admin, people register to add listings for rent and users register to send booking requests to property owners

I’d like to start my own AirBNB style business and consider using this theme.
As it looks in your documentation and comments, Stripe Connect is not yet supported in your theme.
My question is: Are you working to add this into your theme? And if yes, when will this feature be available?
Let me explain why this is so important:
The main concern for marketplace business owners is how to manage payments and payouts as there are a lot of technical and legal issues involved.
For example, if I use any regular credit card processor like PayPal or regular Stripe, when a customer pays for a booking I’m solely responsible for everything that happens with the booking and the money involved.
If there is any dispute between the customer and vendor (Home/hotel owner) I’ll have to decide who is right. If I decide the customer is right and give him a refund, the vendor could sue me in court that I did not give him his payout, and if I decide the vendor is right, the customer could dispute the credit card charge, I’ll still have to pay the vendor, and my credit card processor could even close my account (and shut my business) due to the dispute.
This is where a solution like Stripe Connect comes to the rescue: Each vendor connects HIS OWN Stripe account and when a customer checks out on the website, it’s processed directly to the vendor’s connected account while the marketplace website gets a commission.
So back to my question… Are you working to add this into your theme? And if yes, when will this feature be available?

—> Stripe connect as far as I know allows admin to pay owner. Owner will not get paid from user so your issues are not solved with this integration. Maybe I am wrong, we do not know the system.

Stripe Connect has something called “Direct Charges” where the customer pays the marketplace vendor (home owner) directly and the money with all its responsibilities DOES NOT go thru the marketplace account.

Price sections has before label https://prnt.sc/12gkub5 and that can be any text. Perhaps that can help to add extra text.

When logging in as a user you can see the options as an advertiser and as a person who has booked accommodation. Is it be possible to have account types: 1. Property Owner 2. Accommodation Booker Where you can only see the account options based on the profile.

on search results is it possible some how to control the listings order how they show up not Alaphabetic order?
Hi. The order is by their featured status first and then by their publish date (most recent first).
You can use featured to make specific listings show first https://help.wprentals.org/article/featured-properties-how-they-work/
To change this order it can be done through code only. I am not sure what order you wish, but would need to check with development team for a more detailed answer.

is possible to manipulate the date somehow in administrator that way i can make my own sort order 
i changed in Listings > publish box > Published on 2021/04/28 at 12:05 pm so now this listing is published most recent.

Hi. In the order we have the query uses status featured and the publish date, not the edit date. Wordpress has 2 different dates for a listing, we use only the publish date. The solution I shared is the only one I can offer without code. Code implies changing the query, removing the order we use now entirely and adding a different order, and this would have to be added in every list.
If you wish to show only specific lists first, the suggestion with featured status can work.
if you wish to change in code and in child theme, this will need a developer now. There are directions here https://help.wprentals.org/article/technical-how-to-property-list/ but it is not copy/paste. This has to be adapted to the list you wish

Hi. Is this a question about the same username? There is no problem to use the theme by multiple users at the same time. And if you use the same username, as long as they manage different listings from different computers, it is not a problem either.

Really love the theme. Just looked into iCal. Do I import or export all iCal URLs from all different services? and it will automatically sync after that always?
Also I see that airbnb iCal has 1-6 hours of delay what can we do about that as cllose to realtime as possible syncing? Does the theme integrate with any channel manager instead ?
We have ical import and export. Ical exports and imports bookings from the source of the ical. Help https://help.wprentals.org/article/icalendar-import-export/
In our theme we run a cron every 3 hours. If your hosting can handle more often, you can change the time to less and that you can do with specific cron plugins. each site that supports ical import can set their own period.
We have not tested Channel Managers. Ical is built in the theme and does not need a channel manager.

As a possible alterntative, from the next theme update, who will want to use the elementor pro footer option will be able to. That may be an option, if you use Elementor pro.
