The particular plugin comes bundled with the theme. You can’t update it manually unless you purchase a separate license (which we don’t recommend because we need to test each version before including it in the package). To update the theme, log in to your Envato account, go to the Downloads section and get the latest theme package; then extract it locally on your computer and use the healthflex.zip file to update the theme. After updating the theme, follow the notification to update the requested plugins; among them, WPBakery Page Builder.
I know it and that’s exactly what I’ve done. I record a video as you can see when the message appears. It appears right after updating REQUESTED PLUGINS.

I found it. The proper location was Dashboard > Theme Options > Advanced > Features Library > Modules Manager > Visual Composer Compatibility Module has to be ACTIVATED.
After that, the update was proceeded successfully.

Hola! Me gusto mucho su theme, antes de realizar la compra, necesito consultar acerca de lo que estoy necesitando para ver si es factible. Necesito desarrollar una web para un centro medico, principalmente necesito si o si incorporar un calendario de citas online. Donde el usuario ingrese al profesional que elija, registre su email y se habilite el calendario con dia y horarios disponibles de dicho profesional, seguido eso se envie un mail de confirmacion con el detalle de la cita y a futuro incorporar la automatizacion de emails con recordatorio de citas. Se que en este ultimo caso quizas deba incorporar otro plugin pero lo principal es el calendario de citas online. Necesito que me confirmen si esto es factible para realizar la compra. Hi, Why doesn’t work two column menu on mobile?? On desktop version the “Chirurgia” two-column menu columns are sorted into 2 categories (respectively first column “Chirurgia laparoscopica” and second “Proctologia”) meanwhile on mobile version the two-column menu elements are all mixed.

The two-column menu on the desktop view is based on a bootstrap class. When viewing on a mobile device, the menu captures only one column (as expected). This is a design aspect, in order to keep the menu on a reasonable part of the screen and also make it available for x-small devices as well. Regarding the arrangements of the sub-menu items, each one you add goes to the next column (from left to right). So, you may need to rearrange the items to make more sense on the mobile view.

In that case, we recommend changing the menu into a single column and create a new parent item for the second group of sub-items. This way it will have the same arrangment in all device types.

The current version has a minor flaw in the framework which can be resolved by adding and activating the Enable Jquery Migrate Helper plugin that allows for restoring the legacy version of the library.

The child theme is a theme that works only when the parent theme is present. It inherits everything from the main theme. If the main theme is not present, you will get a notification from WordPress and you will not be allowed to use it. The child theme is useful for when you are customizing your site. While the themes offer a variety of options, many developers choose to work on the files, applying changes directly to the theme.
When applying the changes on the child theme, it is much safer than applying them on the main theme mainly because the changes are maintained after an update. Indeed, updates for the theme are often released by the authors and in most cases, they are needed to keep the site working with newer versions of WordPress and plugins. Thus, when you are applying changes on the child theme, you can update without losing the customization and keeping the site up to date.
The latest update to this theme does not work well with the following plugin. if I active it, I get a fatal error:

We haven’t tested our theme with the particular plugin as it is not included in the list of the officially supported ones. Healthflex is designed according to the WordPress Codex recommendations and it is supposed to work with every plugin respecting those recommendations. However, newer technologies like Google’s AMP are yet to be examined. Until then, you can contact the authors of the plugin and let them know about the problem so they can fix their code to avoid that conflict. You can enable the wp-debug on the site to get the log. You can also contact us via our support desk and provide us the debug.log file. We can’t promise we can fix that problem as it is related to code we don’t have access to, yet we’d be interested in taking a look.
hi, both version 2.0 and 2.1 broke my website. it wont load at all with a critical error. i cant login to dashboard or anythig else. have to roll back to 1.6.8. how’s that possible?

also, make sure, you have updated the requested plugins as well. After uploading the new version of the theme, a notification will prompt for updating the requested plugins. If you have closed this notification without updating the plugins, go to Dashboard > Appearance > Install plugins and you should be able to update them. Next, click on Save changes on any tab on Theme Options and review the site.
