I have two websites under the same domain and I use the same template. One of them is in a subdomain. But when activating my license on the two websites, I get the message that I have too many active licenses. I have consulted my TheGem License Manager because previously I used the template on a different website. I have removed the licenses that I did not use. But I still can’t activate my second license.

Bonjour, j’ai un problème au niveau du démo import. En effet, celui-ci tourne dans le vide indéfiniment lors de l’importation de certain templates de page singulières… Certains templates de single page ne s’importent pas ducoup ( la progress bar du demo import tourne dans le vide j’ai l’impression à 100% ).. Vous auriez une idée de comment le débuguer et finaliser correctement l’importation de ces templates de single page ? Encore merci pour le temps que vous m’accorder en me lisant. =)

Great theme and great support , I already bought 3 licenses!

One thing annoying that it doesn’t have a proper image slider same as the portfolio one. It would be really great if you add Portfolio slider options to Styled Gallery options.

I want to make an image slider/carousel that display multiple images per view ! the default image carousel does not do the job. and unfortunately , Styled Gallery (Slide Type) displays 1 image per view.

I would really appreciate it if i can get a work around for this without using another plugin , and hope you can add more features to it in coming updates.

I love the design of this theme, but updates are the worst. I have many themes and this one in particular give me a headache every single time there’s a new version coming out.

My wordpress auto updated to the latest version and site stoped working. I updated themes and plugins and the result keeps the same. Website completely broken.

Hello CodexThemes, So, let me get something straight, you made a big update jump to ver. 5, bringing in a lot of juicy enhancements only for the elementor users but not any meat left on the bone for wpbakery users except for the woocommerce folks. I have no use for elementor because it favours mostly front-end everyday users of which I personally hate to use as a serious designer? So I reckon I might as well skip the update and spare myself potential bugs!

I am having the same problem as marcinstanczak, there is an issue with the menu transparency after the last update.

I updated thegem to ver. 5 after updating there is a small problem: menu and top area the menu had a white background before the update after updating it is transparent (in the template options I have not changed anything) the top area had a dark background before the update after updating it has a light background (in the template options it is set to dark as it was before) please help me fix it https://sponpk.kip.pl
