In a calendar for a unit of condo can I have single view of rooms availability of that unit, which then can be selected by users for booking individual room based on available timeslot. The pricing will be based on individual rooms per hour.

Hi, We do not have this option. The theme works with 1 single calendar by listing. if the listing has 3 rooms, we cannot have 3 calendars by room. we can only use the calendar by listing.

The only possible connection that i can advise to check without seeing the site is to make sure you do not try to edit with Elementor a page created with Bakery.

These 2 builders are independent. If you have bakery elements in a page, you edit with bakery only. And the same applies to elementor.

1. We can only offer bookings in WpRentals. Themes cannot be combined.

2. We do not have payment to owner in WpRentals. The money we allow to be paid, goes directly in wp-admin administrator accounts.

3. You can add any currency for property price display. For transactions you can use the supported currencies based on the method solution. This will not work well because we have 1 submit form, 1 search and so all categories will be in one form. If you wish to let any day of the week available for check-in, but block only Sundays to be booked you need to block Sundays with an ical feed that has sundays booked. Hi, I am afraid as wordpress theme we cannot make automatic price display as you describe. To search through the entire database, find the prices, and their custom prices, calculate and show them in a fast loading page with a theme that is installed usually on shared hostings is not a viable feature we can add to the theme, even if technically is a complex change to do as well. These system you refer to have a custom environment (hosting) and a custom product to offer the type of price display you refer to. If you have a wordpress theme example I can check I will research this based on that example with development team. Does it allow for multiple vendors and split payments between vendors and site owner? -> The theme allows multiple vendors but it does not support payment to the owner. All payments will go to admin and after the owner payments will need to be managed outside the theme.

I would like to create a site where vendors can list their activities and when a booking is made a small commission is paid to the site and the remainder gets paid out to the vendor. -> We have this option, you can set a service fee that will be for admin.

We have 2 options:

1. Instant booking

User sends request -> He is prompted to login -> He must pay the invoice (deposit) if that is set in admin and booking is confirmed if payment confirms. If deposit is 0, booking is confirmed without any payment.

After a booking is confirmed, owner can cancel a confirmed request at any time.

4- You have reviews. Renters can review their experience with the rental home. Do you also offer a service that hosts review the renter?

5- You have commissions. The Admin of the webpage, can set a % of commission for every booking that a host will receive. For example 10%. And then the admin pays the 90% to the host? The Google results are general, they do not consider if the theme has or not those options. But the theme does not use those parameters in the code.

But these should not affect the SEO in any way. And in fact, I have no information online that is actually hurts SEO. On the contrary, what i read is that it does not hurt rankings.

The message regards schema.org which by default offer specific variables. We use from schema.org what applies to the theme, but as said before, google cannot make a distinction if that element applies or not in the link you check with their tools. So they return those messages.

To remove schema.org entirely from the theme is not recommended. That actually helps with your position in search results. And that would be the solution because those variables have no correspondent in the theme, so they cannot be added to the theme.

There is the possibility to have the schema.org read from WooCommerce too. They also do not have those elements in their plugin schema by default. But to remove from woo commerce implies to delete the entire schema from the plugin code, which is not recommended either, especially since you would have to re-do this every woo update.

Hi mewigo, Thank you for the message. In Half map you have Location with radius which looks for the map location. The 2nd location is for the property location search.

You can hide one or another, but they cannot be combined because each does a different kind of search.

Hi. The submit will not separate the fields. Search is not different. So what you wish is not possible. You would need separate wordpress installations to manage listings as separate.

Multi-site is still a separate installation. You would need 2 themes, 2 domains or sub-domains, 2 separate databases and installations.
