Hello, I have a couple questions before I purchase this wonderful and complex theme. I have already browsed your FAQ and most of the documentation.
- Is there any option for displaying Shipping Threshold for free shipping? E.g. “Order for $12 more for free shipping”. My plugin of choice to add this feature is “Amount Left for Free Shipping for WooCommerce” by WPFactory if your theme doesn’t support it. Since it uses shortcodes, can a plugin like this integrate into the theme?
- Is there any option for multi-step checkout? I appreciate how in the header customers can see “Shopping Cart > Checkout > Order Complete”, but I would rather split the Checkout part in multiple steps – Billing info, Shipping and Payment (similar to a Woostify option). There are many plugins that add this support – will they work without breaking the theme?

Sorry to say that but by default there is no such option/functionality provided by the Theme, and we have not tested the particular plugin with our Theme officially till now, so we are unable to suggest you on it, if you want you can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements.

Would this support cover help with the 2 points of my question shall I decide to test various 3rd party plugin? For exmaple in your breadcrumbs for cart > checkout > complete – there could be a dual display in checkout page if we use a 3rd party plugin and we might want to disable your theme’s breadcrumb.

Hi, After installed porto 6.0.7 (wp 5.7.2, woocommerce 5.2.2, ubuntu 20.04, plesk, php 7.4, mariadb 10.3.28, wp rocket, redis, opcache, cloudflare cdn) the site seems to be very slow! Needs 55-60secs to load shop page or best selling/new products, as well the same problem when we have in a page with wp bakery the porto best selling products element! But, not with another theme, i.e. we activated the default twenty twenty-one an created a page with a button link (https://<domain>/shop/?orderby=popularity&paged=1) for the best selling products and loaded in 2 secs!!!!

We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

Right now product and category page images are being downloaded from script due to which it is incompatible with short pixel and images are not converted to webp. Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the shortpixel or nitro pack plugins with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.
You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making them compatible with the Theme for you.
Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.

Hi,
as soon as i bought the theme i tried to configure the mega menu according to the model used by shop36, and i had difficulties and some problems.
I ended up leaving it for another moment.
Yesterday studying and trying to replicate again, I am unable to make it work.
I have an original copy of the shop36 menu to use as a base / query, and even replicating in MY new menu, it does not work.

Clicking on the “Categorias” side menu, the first option “Alimentos” even had a double column and I managed to include a side image. (There is also a blue stripe above that option and I can’t remove or change the color.)
I tried to do THE SAME THING in the next option “Aminoácidos” and it doesn’t work, with double column and image. You can test it in practice by accessing the link.

You have to use Block for it, First, you have to go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Blocks and create a new block, set a row under it with 5 columns, and add content under those columns as per your requirements, after that save changes and go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Footer Widget 1 and add/insert/set Block Widget under it and then you have to paste the particular block slug name under it, finally check back your site after removing the browser cache.

This is not an issue but the Lazy Load issue, Please turn it OFF/Un-Check from Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Lazy Load and click on compile button and finally check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, and it is clearly written in Lazy Load section that:
Disable this option if you have any compatibility problems.
So, your site has compatibility problems with Lazy Load please do not use it.
