I update the theme Kidsworld and all my plugins for my website www.educa-langues-enfants.com. And I have still different problems :
1/ problems with woocommerce :
A/Message error log : add_to_cart_fragments is deprecated since version 3.0.0! Use woocommerce_add_to_cart_fragments instead. How can I fix this on the theme ?
B/ when my customer just can click one time on the product on the general page products and if he came back the click on cart or image product do do work anymore
2/ after the update seems work well for the icons stars on my review, but suddently seems a problem font, seems a font is not here anymore on the theme. Coud you please telling me how to fix the problem font. Which is the font needing for the star review. As Cusrev review telling me it is from the theme this problem, we make the test to desactivate all other plugins.

Hello! I seem to have a problem with my contact form on contact-us 3 page. I was able to edit everything including the messages and where to send the emails but the message are not sending. Ajax function on the contact form is not working. It seems JavaScript conflicts with the contact form. Please deactivate all plugins which are not included and recommended with the plugin and test contact form.

Preview site images not included in the main download file (purchase). You have to buy a separate license to use for your website. We used images from the shutterstock.com website.

Its paragraph bottom margin for content. This is required to maintain space between two paragraph. You can use custom css as per your requirement. ( e.g. .section_name p { margin-bottom:0; }

Thanks for the reply. I’ve another issue : when I set the blog to display as grid/masonry style, the page loads with articles one below the others like if there was only one row. Then, when I scroll to the bottom of the page, the grid displays well. You can see what I’m talking about here : https://www.fabulae.fr/category/histoires/

We will fix this issue in next updated version. You can fix this issue by following steps.
1. Go to Admin > Plugins > Plugins Editor
2. Select “Pre School Shortcodes” from top right “Select plugin to edit:” dropdown
3. Click on “js” folder on right sidebar files/folders list
4. Click on “shortcodes-plugins.js” file
5. Find BX Slider javascript code at line #12
6. Delete this code (line #12 to 16)... above “Owl Carousel” code
7. Save Changes and refresh blog category page.

Please delete temp. files and cookies, do hard refresh (CTRL + R) or open in “New Ignito Window”.
Please disable gdpr and other plugins which are not included and recommended with the theme and test category page.

I have a problem with the product gallery with woocommerce : images are supposed to display like this https://docs.woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/7-6.png?w=950 But instead I have large images displaying in masonry style below the product main image. It seems that the kidsworld theme is overwriting default settings. Yet I see on your preview shop page that the product gallery displays correctly.

I understand. I have a few follow up questions if you don’t mind Q1. On the individual class pages, the start date is the current date. Everyday the date changes, I thought I had it setup as simple text though… Q2.The footer widget, I have three images that are left justified, how would I center them? 1. Please check any custom changes on the class single php file because this issue does not exist in core theme files.
2. Please share your website URL so I can check the footer widget and give you code to center images.
3. We can’t change the default page structure as per device because it is written in php/html. This is only possible in css and javascript.

On the classes page, where a brief description and image is displayed for all classes, the thumbnails are very tall. What is the method for actually getting them to fit in the small thumbnail box? I’ve regenerated thumbnails, but it doesn’t seem to have any effect.
Sorry, I figured it out. If the image is too big, it doesn’t seem to work.

Hello. Another question if you don’t mind… For the Pricing Tables (with image), the amount field (the circle bordered area) text size is too large, where would I change this? The number I am using is more than 2 digits so it doesn’t fit. I believe it is swmsc_pricing_table price= I assume it is located in the theme editor but I’ve yet to find it. Thank you!

VC has set the breakpoint ( max-width ) for small tablets to 991px. Your theme seems to have a media query with max-width to 979px. So between 979 and 991px, the website doesn’t display properly, and when I go in the VC parameters to set columns responsivness below 991px, it’s written “width default value” so I can’t choose anything.
I tried to change 979px to 991px max-width in kidsworld>css>responsive.css but it has no effect at all.
How can I solve this problem ? Can we change visual composer breakpoints ?

With the responsiveness settings in WPBakery Page Builder, each column width can be set in fonction of the specified devices : Large (Desktop) – for screen sizes larger than 1200px. Medium (Tablet Landscape) – for screen sizes from 992px to 1199px. Small (Tablet Portrait) – for screen sizes from 768px to 991px. Extra small (Mobile) – for screen sizes smaller than 768px.
Yet for reasons I don’t know precisely, we can’t set columns for “small” devices that is to say 768px to 991px, according to VC.
And the problem is that between 979px ( seems to be the theme breakpoint according to kidsworld responsive.css ) and 991 px (max-width VC breakpoint for small devices ), we can’t do anything to display columns as we want.
In brief : below 979 and above 991 everything is good but between the two, there is no responsiveness.
I also tried to modify js_composer.min.css by replacing breakpoints but it has no effects.
Afterall I don’t know if it is very important, I don’t know if some people have 979 to 991px devices but…

If you want to build custom elements then you can customize as per different width but for default theme elements this settings doesn’t require.

Shortcodes are converted in to WPBakery page builders elements so you can use drag and drop elements. If you want to use hard coded shortcoes then use “Classic Editor”. ( https://paste.pics/CDCNP )
Click on plus icon and then select shortcode from dropdown ( https://paste.pics/edit/CDCNG ).
If you are using wordpress version 5.6+ then please use the jQuery Migrate plugin.
Steps to use jQuery migrate plugin.
1. Install and acitvate “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/

I have an issue with revolution slider. The version on my wordpress is still 5.4… I know you often update kidsworld with wpbakery and revolution slider so it is supposed to be updated. But I can’t update it, there is no update button like for other plugins. The strange thing is that wpbakery seems to be updated to the latest version (6.6).
How can I fix this issue ?

Please unzip main downloaded zip file ( KidsWorld-v2.6.5.zip ) which has “Plugins” folder. This folder has slider revolution version 6+ zip file.
Slider revolution 6+ has major changes so we didn’t add in bundle plugin update to avoid version crash issues.
Please export all sliders of slider revolution version 5 and then update version 6. If those sliders don’t work then you can import it or you can back to version 5.

Many thanks to you, I installed the new version, created a new slider ( I just had one and it didn’t work even with new version ). In fact, just so you know, the problem was I worked on localhost and had no problem with the slider. When I moved my website online two days ago, the slider didn’t work anymore ( layers weren’t loading and very long loading of the background ).

Hello, it’s not necessary since the problem is fixed as I wrote in the previous message 
Having an odd problem. The .sc_half_bg_text element has a left padding of 40px. This becomes a problem on small screen sizes because it pushes the text off center. I’ve tried the following custom CSS which should work, but for some reason it doesn’t. I’ve even tried referencing the specific element by using the custom class identifier (i.e. .vc_custom_1459458972003 ) and it still doesn’t work. Can you help me identify why?
