We have purchased via themeforest gone over the activation process and token generation 5 or 6 times each time it fails to activate. We need this activated over next 24 hours or will be looking for refund as time critical to get live for our needs. Also why do you need the token to enable download of all we have purchased via the api

We’re using Envato Token to validate the theme license and enable automatic theme update. This can’t be done if we only using the purchase code.

Hello, good theme! I’ve been testing the demo and would like to ask a few questions before purchasing the theme.
1-In the news blocks, can I indicate if I want to show or hide the date, the author’s name and the comments?
2- In the blocks, is it possible to modify the space between the images of the publications when there are two columns? (example: https://teamcric.com/)
3- Is it possible to lower the width of the page (including header and footer) to less than 1040 pixels?

Hi! I know my support expired. But I wanted to migrate from using WPbakery to Elementor. So I re did everything and installed the theme with that plugin option. However when I tried to re do the POST TEMPLATES I get errors all the time (500) and also I can’t find the “Pick element you want to add on meta wrapper”(for the Jnews Post Meta – I only found Category, but not date, reading time, zoom and so on) Can you tell me how to add those? Can’t find anything in your documentation. Thank you!

Hi! Thank you for your response. In fact that’s exactly where I’m having the issue with the template and the Jnews – Post Meta. In meta option I can only put the element category, but I don’t have any drop list of other options to add like reading time, date or zoom. So, my question here is how to add those? is there a known code?

Thank you a lot for taking the time to answer this! I deployed the theme in my localhost with a replica of my online website and the drop list worked. So I will modify everything from there and then upload the new version (I was migrating from WPbakery to Elementor). THANKS AGAINS! U ROCK!

One thing. I asked for it before, and now I ask for it again: Please implement your own reaction emoji system at last. Come on guys – such an advanced theme and there is no such basic thing.

When will inline player be available in bimber. By this I mean video can be played on archive page without needing to go into the single post page to play the video. Current design takes 3 clicks to watch a video.

Hopefully you already solved this we we need that so urgently. As I see from demo, in video site demo, you have subscribtion function for an author, I guess for news site, follow/unfolow function should have been done now since it’s very similar to video author subscribtion?

Hi, if I insert the EMBED code of the video in the block then it doesn’t appear in the feed / rss, but only if I insert the embed code of the video in the article body. Can you update this feature? Because once the videos are published in that position they are not visible in the feeds and it also penalizes an impact on GOOGLE NEWS VIDEO reporting only the article title and not the video. Why is the Gutenberg table block so messed up? It really is messed up.
Also is there no way to delay the autoload next post to when a user actually scrolls to the bottom of the article, footer post maybe? Before it launches the new articles? Loading two articles on a single load is a huge drag on pagespeed.

Currently we don’t have Italian translation but you can do manual translation. We already provide frontend translation feature, so you can easily to translate the theme to any language.
JNews also support multilanguage, you can use WPML or Polylang plugin.
