Hi, I’ve bought the plugin and have some questions:

1) Is it possible to disable invoicing feature? How? My client will use his own invoice system. 2) When selecting the date in a tour calendar, is it possible to disable the day(s) that are already booked? Otherwise the user has to click on the day in order to see if it’s available or not. 3) We have a Stripe account set up, but we’re unable to complete the payment process. No errors appears, the page “freezes” before complete the payment. 4) My client offers differents boat tours and each tour has a calendar, but he has only one boat Is it possible to prevent bookings of different tours in the same day? For example: if user A books a fishing tour and user B a leasure tour on the same day, my client can provide only one tour.

Hello. I have a pre-sale question. My products (travel packages) are made-up out of a list of services like flights, transfers, hotels and tours. If only the hotel price change I want to only have to change that specific service and it must then automatically update all of my products pricing that has that service linked to its price, rather than me having to go into each product individually to update the prices. Does your theme or plugin support this feature?

Yes. That will work perfect, but will you be able to hide the mandatory services from the additional service list when the customer check out. Maybe with custom code? I dont want the customer to see the supplier costs

Is there any way to change the text that says ‘Book now and we will contact you back’. It appears after a booking has been made without payment. I just want to add text in there to say that ‘Your booking has been placed, please pay on arrival’.

Hi, I have a couple of issues, the first is that the booking form is appearing below the sidebar elements on the mobile. It means the the booking process has the sidebar graphics sitting in the middle of them.

Also, when the customer chooses a tour, clicks ‘Proceed to Booking’ and then clicks the ‘Next Step’ it sends the customer to the very bottom of the page with the alert that tells them that they haven’t filled out their details. It’s very confusing, it scrolls past the text fields and the customer has to then scroll back up the page. We are seeing a lot of abandoned bookings because of this.

Is there a way to resolve this? It wouldn’t be as bad if the booking fields appeared right under the next step button and the anchor tag sent them to the top of the booking fields rather than the bottom. Thanks, Martin

hi, i have some questions before buying the theme:

- I would need the following features, book bikes or boats, cars, etc … setting a price for children as well

- set up tours or boat trips with a calendar based on hours. it would be very nice if there was a group booking so that when a certain number is reached the bookers can pay a lower amount, also here set a piece for children as well as for adults

- give the possibility to create packages such as bike rental plus guided tour

- give the possibility to send a request before booking

- Is it possible to use both calendars for car rental and for tour packages within the same site?

- it’s avaiable hour rental/booking?

Do you have an example of that calendar booking so I can see directly?

We are getting an “Uncaught TypeError: can’t access property “value”, c is undefined” error in /plugins/tourmaster/tourmaster.js line:2493. From memory it’s a conflict with Revslider using a Vimeo video background and the Froogaloop script.

To fix it, I changed the following code:

To this:

Eg:

If you add your PayPal, the customers pay with PayPal, it will go to you.

If an admin add their PayPal, the customers pay with PayPal, it will go to them.
