Please someone help me with my ticket #122992 – the support is so slow (1 answer per day) and they don’t understand the problem. It is already 3 days that I am trying to explain the problem with the Theme.

I installed the w3 total cache plugin that is on the list of compatible plugins with the theme to improve optimization. It turns out that when I install the plugin and enable as cache functions, js and css minify as images from the store disappear. And the product carousel also works. How to solve this?

Yes, you can upload the complete zip format file of the Custom Font from Porto >> Theme Options >> Font Control and then you will be able to use it, but please note that the Font file which will be uploaded must be complete downloaded and zip format file.

Hello, I can’t go to theme option page don’t know why. It show “Sorry, the current login identity does not have permission to access this page.” And the header and footer are disappeared.

Hello, I am enjoying the theme but have a couple of questions for you.

1. Please can you tell me how to add a featured image to product category without the image being displayed in head section of the category page. I only want the standard Woocommerce option i.e. image to show on archive pages as a subcategory (shop thumbnail), not in the header of the actual category page itself. I hope I explain this clear enough.

2. This part seems buggy. The bottom header section (which also uses sticky header) colour of this when using colour picker is F4F4F4 and the top header sections IS F2F2F2 how can I make the bottom section match the top because I set F2F2F2 and it doesn’t change ? I cleared caches and all of that stuff. Previously making transparent worked for a short time now it does nothing.

There was something else but I forget now haha..

1. Thank you for confirming this, this is exactly what I had done but images are not loading, I used Gazchaps auto image plugin until now but when I disable his plugin to manually set the images they do not load. I will try again disabling other plugins in case of some kind of conflict.

2. Please look very closely, the bottom bar is a different colour, it may not be visible due to your monitor profile, please use a colour picker. I can see on my primary screen but not so much on my second screen. Colour picker verifies bottom (sticky) is #f4f4f4 middle and top is #f2f2f2.

Yes call me fussy, but I know its there and can not change it haha ;)

Yes, sure please try to deactivate all the third-party plugins and also This is not an issue but the Lazy Load issue, Please turn it OFF/Un-Check from Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Lazy Load and click on compile button and finally check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, and it is clearly written in Lazy Load section that:

Disable this option if you have any compatibility problems.

So, your site has compatibility problems with Lazy Load please do not use it.

I have two pre sales questions:

- It´s possible to use 2 different header: I´d like to use a video in full page as the demo “porto classic video”, but in the rest of the pages have a header as “Porto Medical” (for example).

- It´s comptabilbe with some plugins to show different location in google maps, as “super interactive maps plugins”.

1. Yes, you can achieve it, you have to use Header Builder in Template Builder and create and use the header on any of the pages as per your requirements.

2. No, we have not tested our Theme with such a plugin officially till now, so we are unable to suggest you to it, infact we have the element as a Google MAP element in our Theme and you can use it as per your requirements.

The third party plugin you are using for that paypal button on your site, you have to check the plugin options and if there is no option in the plugin then you have to contact the plugin Author and ask to Customize the plugin core files for you for appearing the button in quick view…

Thanks for the prompt reply. I knew about everything you wrote to me and so it is (YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search is disabled and Live Search along with Search by SKY is on). The search works for product names but not for SKUs.

Hi, I got a problem with the contact form 7 version above 5.4 on re-submitting the form if validation error occurred on first submit.

I saw you on Porto > theme.js. you got this code.

This code will prevent contact form from submitting, If there is a validation issues on first attempt of submit.

Can you please downgrade the version of the contact form 7 and check back? If that will work then it means there is some issue with the new contact form 7 version and you have to submit that error to contact form 7 support as well.

There is an issue with the new contact form and the Porto theme works fine on the default theme. You guys just want to go away from the issue. Test it & accept it.

Hello I have tried everywhere to change the color of the background of the page and I can not change it. With ELEMENTOR there are the options to change or set a background color but when I save the changes the changes made are not reflected. I also did it for: Porto / Theme Option / skin / Backgrounds but nothing, nor did I select the color, I save the changes and nothing. Could you help me how I can change the background color of a page or all of them.

Yes, you can, you have to create multiple blocks with different content/sections under Porto >> Template Builder >> Block, and after that you have to copy that block slug name, and after that, you have to go to Products and edit the particular product, scroll below, you will find, view options and under view options, you will find content block option, you have to paste the block slug name into it, and the particular block content will show on the particular product at bottom of the page.
